大連500kV架空輸電線路導(dǎo)線研究

【摘要】:電力是居民生活和工業(yè)發(fā)展必不可少的能源要素,而電力的輸送是電力系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)。架空輸電線路相比較于采用地下電纜的輸電方式,具有建設(shè)成本低,施工周期短以及維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)勢,因此是較為常用的輸電方式。合理選擇導(dǎo)線截面及其分裂形式直接關(guān)系到架空線路的工程建設(shè)費(fèi)用以及建成后的技術(shù)特性和運(yùn)行成本。因此架空輸電線路的導(dǎo)線選型問題實(shí)際上是一個(gè)在滿足技術(shù)特性要求下平衡初期投資和長期運(yùn)行費(fèi)用的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合問題。本課題從技術(shù)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性兩個(gè)方面對大連500kV架空輸電線路的導(dǎo)線選型進(jìn)行分析。首先參考國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了9種常規(guī)導(dǎo)線方案和一種擴(kuò)徑導(dǎo)線方案作為備選導(dǎo)線方案。在技術(shù)性方面,本研究進(jìn)行了無線電干擾、可聽燥聲、電暈損耗、電阻損耗、發(fā)熱校驗(yàn)、最小線高、自然功率以及適應(yīng)線路所經(jīng)過地區(qū)氣候條件和地形條件的機(jī)械特性等方面的計(jì)算。從而從技術(shù)角度對備選方案進(jìn)行比較,并判斷這些指標(biāo)是否符合相關(guān)規(guī)定和國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。從各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的計(jì)算結(jié)果來看,4分裂導(dǎo)線方案具有很大的優(yōu)勢,包括4×LGJ-400/35常規(guī)導(dǎo)線和4×LGJK-300/50擴(kuò)徑導(dǎo)線。就經(jīng)濟(jì)性而言,需要平衡初期投資和長期運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。導(dǎo)線截面影響線路投資和電能損耗,為了節(jié)省投資,要求導(dǎo)線截面小些;為了降低電能損耗,要求導(dǎo)線截面大些,因此需要綜合分析。本課題從工程投資和年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用兩個(gè)方面對各種導(dǎo)線方案進(jìn)行了比較。從工程初期投資看,4×LGJK-300/50擴(kuò)徑導(dǎo)線方案最省,4×LGJ-400/35導(dǎo)線方案次之。從長期運(yùn)行費(fèi)用來看,4×LGJ-400/35和3×LGJ-500/45導(dǎo)線方案較優(yōu)。最終通過技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)兩方面的綜合考慮,確定4×LGJ-400/35為大連500kV架空線路所選用的導(dǎo)線類型。
[Abstract]:Electric power is an essential energy element for the development of life and industry, and the transmission of electricity is the basis of power system. Compared with underground cable transmission lines, overhead transmission lines have the advantages of low construction cost, short construction period and convenient maintenance. The reasonable selection of traverse section and its split form is directly related to the construction cost of overhead line and the technical characteristics and operation cost after completion. Therefore, the problem of conductor selection for overhead transmission lines is in fact a technical and economic comprehensive problem that balances the initial investment and long-term operating costs under the requirements of technical characteristics. This paper analyzes the conductor selection of Dalian 500kV overhead transmission line from technical and economic aspects. Based on the existing design experience at home and abroad, nine kinds of conventional traverse schemes and one kind of expanding traverse scheme are proposed as alternative traverse schemes. In the technical aspect, the research carried out radio interference, audible sound, corona loss, resistance loss, heat check, minimum line height, The calculation of natural power and the mechanical characteristics of the climatic and topographic conditions of the area through which the line is adapted. From the technical point of view, compare the alternatives and judge whether these indicators meet the requirements of relevant regulations and national standards. From the calculation results of various technical indexes, we can see that the scheme has great advantages, including 4 脳 LGJ-400/35 conventional traverse and 4 脳 LGJK-300/50 expanding traverse. In terms of economy, we need to balance initial investment and long-term operating costs. The traverse section affects the line investment and power loss, in order to save investment, the traverse section is required to be smaller; in order to reduce the power loss, the traverse section is required to be larger, so it needs comprehensive analysis. In this paper, various traverse schemes are compared in terms of project investment and annual operating cost. In view of the initial investment of the project, the 4 脳 LGJK-300/50 traverse scheme is the most economical and the second is the 4 脳 LGJ-400/35 traverse scheme. The 4 脳 LGJ-400/35 and 3 脳 LGJ-500/45 traverse schemes are better in terms of long term operating cost. Finally, through the comprehensive consideration of technology and economy, it is determined that 4 脳 LGJ-400/35 is the type of conductor selected for Dalian 500kV overhead line.
