【摘要】:隨著信息時(shí)代的各種技術(shù)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的工程項(xiàng)目管理方法已不再適合新時(shí)代的需求。運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)和推進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目流程管理的優(yōu)化,改善傳統(tǒng)的管理方式;對(duì)于提高送變電工程管理水平和效率具有極強(qiáng)重大的意義。本文針對(duì)送變電工程項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)效率高、可行的工程項(xiàng)目管理軟件系統(tǒng)。本文主要完成了以下內(nèi)容:1)對(duì)送變電工程管理方法及管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析。對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的送變電工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了深入研究。2)對(duì)送變電工程項(xiàng)目管理的需求和軟件系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了分析,并設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架、流程和功能模塊。3)在功能模塊、流程和文檔管理機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了送變電工程項(xiàng)目管理軟件系統(tǒng)。軟件系統(tǒng)采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu),完成了軟件功能模塊和界面的開(kāi)發(fā);根據(jù)文檔管理需求,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)模型和子表,并利用Mysql完成了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的開(kāi)發(fā)。通過(guò)對(duì)本文所設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)的送變電工程管理系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試,該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)工程中各階段文檔齊全性檢測(cè)機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化了工程管理質(zhì)量、工期過(guò)程管控。
[Abstract]:With the development of various technologies in the information age, the traditional engineering project management methods are no longer suitable for the needs of the new era. The application of computer technology to realize and promote the optimization of engineering project flow management and to improve the traditional management mode are of great significance for improving the management level and efficiency of power transmission and transformation projects. In this paper, an efficient and feasible project management software system is designed and implemented according to the actual demand of power transmission project management. This paper mainly completes the following contents: 1) analyzes the current situation of power transmission project management method and management system. The problems existing in the traditional power transmission project management system, the key technologies and difficulties of development are studied in depth. 2) the requirements of the project management and the functions of the software system are analyzed, and the framework of the system is designed. Process and function module. 3) based on the design of function module, process and document management mechanism, the project management software system of power transmission and transformation project is designed and implemented. The software system adopts the structure of B / S, completes the development of the software function module and interface, designs the database data model and sub-tables according to the document management requirements, and completes the development of the system database by using Mysql. Through the test of the power transmission and transformation project management system designed and implemented in this paper, the system strengthens the quality of project management and the control of the duration of the project through the mechanism of detecting the completeness of documents in each stage of the project.
