660MW機(jī)組煙氣脫硝控制系統(tǒng)分析及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:伴隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)飛快持續(xù)發(fā)展,環(huán)境保護(hù)受到的關(guān)注度也逐步提升。作為污染物之一的氮氧化物(NOx),70%來(lái)自于煤炭的直接燃燒,而我國(guó)的發(fā)電廠以燃煤發(fā)電為主,為了減少電廠氮氧化物的排放量并改進(jìn)大氣環(huán)境,燃煤機(jī)組增加脫硝裝置變得非常重要。控制系統(tǒng)作為脫硝系統(tǒng)的核心,不僅要保障工藝設(shè)備的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,還要在脫硝系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行前提下維持脫硝效率的穩(wěn)定。脫硝效率的高低不僅要靠工藝技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),還需要合理的配置控制系統(tǒng),控制組態(tài)策略的選用將直接影響脫硝系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)與脫硝效率的控制。 本文結(jié)合滄東電廠二期兩臺(tái)機(jī)組煙氣脫硝控制系統(tǒng),介紹了SCR法煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)、T3000控制系統(tǒng)、脫硝控制策略,分析了機(jī)組各項(xiàng)參數(shù)對(duì)NOx產(chǎn)生量的影響,建立NOx排放預(yù)測(cè)模型;討論了機(jī)組進(jìn)行脫硝改造所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及解決辦法,并利用操作調(diào)整手段降低NOx產(chǎn)生量。機(jī)組實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況表明,脫硝控制系統(tǒng)可以滿足機(jī)組脫硝自動(dòng)控制的要求,為脫硝系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供了有力的保證。通過(guò)脫硝控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則與工程應(yīng)用,總結(jié)了脫硝改造建設(shè)的方法,為燃煤機(jī)組煙氣脫硝改造提供了借鑒,具有一定的工程和實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and sustainable development of the national economy, environmental protection has been gradually raised the level of concern. As one of the pollutants, 70% of the nitrogen oxides come from the direct combustion of coal. In order to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides and improve the atmospheric environment, the power plants in China mainly use coal to generate electricity. It is very important to increase denitrification units in coal-fired units. As the core of denitrification system, the control system should not only guarantee the safe and stable operation of process equipment, but also maintain the stability of denitrification efficiency under the premise of stable operation of denitrification system. The denitrification efficiency depends not only on the technology but also on the reasonable configuration control system. The choice of the control configuration strategy will directly affect the automatic safe operation of the denitrification system and the control of the denitrification efficiency. Combined with the flue gas denitrification control system of two units in the second phase of Cangdong Power Plant, this paper introduces the T3000 control system of SCR flue gas denitrification system and the control strategy of denitrification, analyzes the influence of the unit parameters on the NOx production, and establishes the NOx emission prediction model. The problems and solutions of denitrification are discussed, and the operation adjustment method is used to reduce the production of NOx. The actual operation of the unit shows that the denitrification control system can meet the requirements of the unit denitrification automatic control and provides a strong guarantee for the automatic and stable operation of the denitrification system. Based on the design principle and engineering application of denitrification control system, the methods of denitrification reconstruction are summarized, which can be used for reference in flue gas denitrification of coal-fired units and have certain engineering and practical significance.
