【摘要】:本課題來源于“四川華雁信息產(chǎn)業(yè)股份有限公司”的“電網(wǎng)統(tǒng)一視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)”項目的子項目。本文在總結(jié)了電力專用視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應用及建設(shè)歷史,同時對國家電網(wǎng)各省公司、地方市公司已建設(shè)的電力專用視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)充分調(diào)查及研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出遵照《電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及接口》標準,以開放的中間件為基礎(chǔ),以全面前端系統(tǒng)接入和統(tǒng)一橫向視頻調(diào)用為目標,采用標準SIP協(xié)議進行通信和實時交換技術(shù),實現(xiàn)各國網(wǎng)公司網(wǎng)省視頻信息的統(tǒng)一匯集,實現(xiàn)國網(wǎng)公司總部與網(wǎng)分公司、各省公司視頻數(shù)據(jù)縱向互通的平臺設(shè)計思路。本文首先詳細闡述《電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及接口,Q/GDW 517.1—2010》規(guī)范下的視頻監(jiān)控平臺的功能架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)以及關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)流向。然后詳細闡述在本規(guī)范下的電網(wǎng)專用視頻監(jiān)控平臺的通信方式,闡述了平臺之間連接的中間件設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。最后闡述如何進行電網(wǎng)專用視頻監(jiān)控平臺的中間件的功能及性能的測試。對測試內(nèi)容、測試設(shè)備和測試模型進行了闡述,最后給出了統(tǒng)一視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的中間件測試結(jié)果,測試結(jié)果完全符合文獻規(guī)范的技術(shù)要求。本文通過對國內(nèi)外文獻的閱讀,以及電力行業(yè)對視頻監(jiān)控的新需求的了解,分析目前電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控存在的主要問題,即平臺之間互聯(lián)互通問題。設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)標準、規(guī)范、統(tǒng)一的中間件是促進電力專網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控平臺的互聯(lián)互通與資源共享的主要解決思路和方向。本文從軟件工程的角度,對基于SIP協(xié)議的電網(wǎng)統(tǒng)一視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的中間件進行需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、編碼實現(xiàn)到完成系統(tǒng)測試和試用性,并對整個開發(fā)過程過程進行整理總結(jié),完整本論文。
[Abstract]:This subject comes from the sub-project of Sichuan Huayan Information Industry Co., Ltd. This paper summarizes the application and construction history of the special video surveillance system for electric power, and makes a full investigation and research on the electric power special video surveillance system that has been built by the State Grid companies in various provinces and cities. According to the standard of "Power Grid Video Surveillance system and Interface", and based on open middleware, the paper puts forward a standard SIP protocol for communication and real-time exchange, aiming at the overall front-end system access and unified horizontal video call. To realize the unified collection of video information between the national network companies and provinces, and to realize the platform design ideas for the vertical exchange of video data between the headquarters of the national network companies and the branches of the national network companies, and the video data of the provincial companies. In this paper, the function architecture, technical architecture and key data flow of the Video Surveillance platform based on QR / GDW 517.1-2010 are described in detail. Then, the communication mode of the special video surveillance platform under this specification is described in detail, and the middleware design and implementation of the connection between the platforms are described. At last, it describes how to test the function and performance of the middleware of the special video surveillance platform. The test content, test equipment and test model are described. Finally, the middleware test results of the unified video surveillance system are given. The test results fully meet the technical requirements of the literature specification. Based on the reading of domestic and foreign literature and the understanding of the new demand of the electric power industry for video surveillance, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current power system video surveillance, that is, the interconnection and interworking between platforms. The design and implementation of standard, standardized, unified middleware is the main solution to promote the interconnection and resource sharing of video surveillance platform in power private network. From the point of view of software engineering, the middleware of unified video surveillance system based on SIP protocol is analyzed, the system design and coding are implemented to complete the system testing and trial, and the whole development process is summarized.
