沸石負載鉀基吸收劑再生試驗研究

【摘要】:介紹了13X沸石分子篩負載鉀基CO_2吸收劑的制備方法,通過掃描電鏡分析其微觀結構,采用熱重分析方法研究其再生反應特性?疾炝瞬煌磻K溫和升溫速率對再生反應特性的影響規(guī)律,并采用熱分析動力學方法求取了再生反應特性參數(shù)。結果表明,KHCO_3負載于沸石分子篩上之后,改善了吸收劑的表觀結構,有利于反應進行;分解終溫增大能提高反應速率,但高于200℃之后,效果不明顯;升溫速率低于15℃/min時對再生反應影響顯著,但超過15℃/min后影響減弱;吸收劑再生反應表觀活化能為41.09~45.60 k J/mol,當升溫速率為10℃/min時,所需活化能最小,為41.09 k J/mol,反應最易進行。
[Abstract]:The preparation method of 13X zeolite zeolite supported potassium based CO_2 absorbent was introduced. The microstructure of 13X zeolite was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and the regeneration reaction characteristics were studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The effects of different reaction end temperature and heating rate on regeneration reaction characteristics were investigated and the parameters of regeneration reaction characteristics were obtained by means of thermal analysis kinetics method. The results showed that the apparent structure of absorbent was improved after KHCO3 was loaded on zeolite molecular sieve, and the reaction rate was increased when the final temperature of decomposition was increased, but the effect was not obvious when the temperature was higher than 200 鈩,
