【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程步伐的加快，以及無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的大幅度提高，集中抄表正在逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)的手工抄表方式，新式的住宅小區(qū)以智能化為主打招牌，在抄表的智能化上也做足了工作，不斷的引進(jìn)新型的集中抄表系統(tǒng)。從有線抄表方案到無(wú)線抄表，集中抄表也在逐漸的更新。 本文首先詳細(xì)的描述現(xiàn)有的無(wú)線集中抄表系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)和具體的工作過(guò)程，分析了其存在的一些問(wèn)題，在此基礎(chǔ)上做出了很大的改進(jìn)，主要對(duì)集中器進(jìn)行了重新的設(shè)計(jì)：以ARM芯片STM32F103ZET6為主控芯片，結(jié)合GPRS通信技術(shù)和無(wú)線Mesh自組網(wǎng)通信，使用FLASH外設(shè)存儲(chǔ)；通過(guò)無(wú)線自組網(wǎng)模塊（集中器部分）完成下位機(jī)終端抄表的過(guò)程，將數(shù)據(jù)傳給主控芯片，處理之后經(jīng)由GPRS模塊傳給上位機(jī)。文中對(duì)于具體的硬件電路進(jìn)行了模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)，，包括微控制器電路、時(shí)鐘電路、存儲(chǔ)電路、通信接口電路、人機(jī)交互電路以及電源電路等的設(shè)計(jì)。 基于嵌入式uCOS系統(tǒng)的ARM應(yīng)用在此體現(xiàn)了其絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。文中也詳細(xì)的分析了uCOS-Ⅱ系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、任務(wù)工作原理、在STM32上的移植過(guò)程以及系統(tǒng)具體的任務(wù)劃分和設(shè)計(jì)。上位機(jī)以LabVIEW為組態(tài)界面，畫面清晰、美觀，功能齊全。文中介紹了LabVIEW管理中心的設(shè)計(jì)，包括TCP/IP通信實(shí)現(xiàn)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)訪問(wèn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)用戶電量數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)和查詢，用戶的增加和刪除以及用電參數(shù)設(shè)定等功能。 另外本文還對(duì)LZ77壓縮算法進(jìn)行了分析，通過(guò)改進(jìn)和測(cè)試，找到一種適合于本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合的改進(jìn)型LZ77壓縮算法。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid improvement of wireless communication technology, centralized meter reading is gradually replacing the traditional manual meter reading method. In the intelligent meter reading also do a lot of work, the introduction of a new type of centralized meter reading system. From wired meter reading scheme to wireless meter reading, centralized meter reading is also gradually updated. Firstly, this paper describes the hardware structure and concrete working process of the existing wireless centralized meter reading system in detail, analyzes some problems existing in the system, and makes great improvements on this basis. This paper redesigns the concentrator: using ARM chip STM32F103ZET6 as main control chip, combining GPRS communication technology and wireless Mesh ad hoc network communication, using FLASH peripheral storage; Through the wireless ad hoc network module (concentrator part) completed the lower computer terminal meter reading process, the data to the main control chip, after processing through the GPRS module to the upper computer.
