基于單神經(jīng)元自適應(yīng)PID的無刷直流電機(jī)反電勢與磁鏈觀測及無位置傳感器直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制

【摘要】:提出了一種無位置傳感器無刷直流電機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法。通過采用一種基于單神經(jīng)元自適應(yīng)PID方法,建立了兩相靜止坐標(biāo)系下的反電勢和磁鏈觀測器,通過Lyapunov穩(wěn)定性分析方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了觀測器的穩(wěn)定性證明。給出了單神經(jīng)元比例系數(shù)不同取值時(shí)反電勢估計(jì)誤差,給出了推薦的取值范圍,并給出了神經(jīng)元比例系數(shù)的在線調(diào)整方法,補(bǔ)償了由于定子電壓計(jì)算不準(zhǔn)確而引起的磁鏈和轉(zhuǎn)矩估計(jì)偏差。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了無刷直流電機(jī)的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明與傳統(tǒng)控制方法相比,該方法具有較好的靜動態(tài)特性,進(jìn)而表明方法的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:A direct torque control method for sensorless brushless DC motor is presented. An anti-EMF and flux observer in two-phase stationary coordinate system is established by using a single-neuron adaptive PID method. The stability of the observer is proved by Lyapunov stability analysis method. The error of back EMF estimation when the ratio coefficient of single neuron is different is given, the range of recommended values is given, and the on-line adjusting method of proportion coefficient of neuron is given. The deviation of flux and torque estimation caused by the inaccurate calculation of stator voltage is compensated. Finally, direct torque control of brushless DC motor is realized. The simulation and experimental results show that this method has better static and dynamic characteristics than the traditional control method, and further shows the correctness and feasibility of the method.
