【摘要】:隨著人類社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,電力在人的生產(chǎn)和生活中的作用日益突出,可靠、安全、高效的是電力客戶對供電部門的基本需求。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),電力部門在配電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度自動化、電量集抄、負(fù)荷控制、配變監(jiān)測、電能質(zhì)量(電壓)監(jiān)測等方面進(jìn)行了了大規(guī)模的信息化和自動化改造,使得供電水平也得到了大幅提升。但是由于各個系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立運(yùn)行和使用歸屬不同的業(yè)務(wù)部門,不同系統(tǒng)由于設(shè)計目標(biāo)和運(yùn)行要求的不同,導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)之間數(shù)據(jù)無法互聯(lián)互通,出現(xiàn)信息孤島,且系統(tǒng)之間接口實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜,存在數(shù)據(jù)存儲冗余,形成大量的人、財、物的浪費(fèi)。按照對配電網(wǎng)信息統(tǒng)一采集、統(tǒng)一存儲和統(tǒng)一利用的原則,搭建一個基于實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)庫的中低壓配電網(wǎng)統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),是未來配電網(wǎng)信息采集處理的必然方向。本文以眉縣供電分公司上王變124上公線作為試點(diǎn),通過添加聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)、完善線路監(jiān)測控制單元,配置對應(yīng)的通信設(shè)備,搭建了配電網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一采集系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的硬件環(huán)境,對供電企業(yè)所需要、所感興趣的所有配電網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一處理、規(guī)范存儲、有效整合,建立實(shí)時及準(zhǔn)實(shí)時的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,作為各個電力業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)唯一權(quán)威、可靠的來源,通過集成式交互總線作為接口,為各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)據(jù)來源和信息支撐,滿足供電企業(yè)對電網(wǎng)監(jiān)控、生產(chǎn)管理、營銷管理等對數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性、完整性、一致性和安全性的要求。試點(diǎn)線路包含了配電網(wǎng)中的各種終端的數(shù)據(jù)采集,驗(yàn)證了多種通信方式,采集數(shù)據(jù)庫和其他應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)順利對接,說明統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)采集在配電網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用是可行的,更是必要的。同時,統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)采集在縣級配電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用對于建設(shè)智能配電臺區(qū)具有重要的意義,能夠?yàn)橹悄芘潆娕_區(qū)的監(jiān)控和管理提供有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the development of human economy and technology, the role of electric power in human production and life is increasingly prominent, reliable, safe and efficient is the basic needs of power supply departments. In order to achieve this goal, the power department has carried on the large-scale informationization and the automation transformation in the distribution network dispatch automation, the electricity quantity collection copy, the load control, the distribution transformer monitoring, the power quality (voltage) monitoring and so on. The level of power supply has also been greatly improved. However, because each system operates independently and belongs to different business departments, different systems have different design objectives and operation requirements, which lead to the data being unable to be interconnected and interlinked between the systems, resulting in isolated information islands. And the interface between the system is complex, there are data storage redundancy, forming a large number of people, money, material waste. According to the principle of unified collection, storage and utilization of distribution network information, it is an inevitable direction to build a unified data acquisition and monitoring system based on real-time database for distribution network information collection and processing in the future. This paper takes Shangwang transformer 124 common-line of Meimei Power supply Branch as a pilot project, through adding contact switch, perfecting line monitoring and controlling unit, configuring corresponding communication equipment, and setting up the hardware environment for the implementation of unified data acquisition system of distribution network. All the distribution network data needed and interested by the power supply enterprises should be unified, standardized storage, effectively integrated, real-time and quasi-real-time data warehouse established, as the sole authority of the basic data of each electric power business management system, The reliable source, through the integrated interactive bus as the interface, provides the standard data source and the information support for each service content, satisfies the power supply enterprise to monitor to the grid, the production management, the marketing management and so on to the data accuracy, the integrity, Consistency and security requirements. The pilot line includes the data acquisition of various terminals in the distribution network and verifies various communication modes. The data collection database and other application systems are successfully docked, which shows that the application of unified data acquisition in the distribution network is feasible and necessary. At the same time, the application of unified data acquisition in the county distribution network is of great significance for the construction of intelligent distribution station area, which can provide powerful data support for the monitoring and management of intelligent distribution station area.
