一種考慮死區(qū)與最小脈寬限制的IPWM算法

【摘要】:由于存在死區(qū)時(shí)間和最小脈寬限制,造成兩電平三相電壓源型逆變器的實(shí)際電壓空間縮小,因此,傳統(tǒng)的七段式SVPWM及其過調(diào)制算法不再完全適用。為此,本文提出了一種新穎的考慮死區(qū)與最小脈寬限制的綜合式脈寬調(diào)制(IPWM)算法。首先,該算法將經(jīng)典的七段式SVPWM與五段式DPWM1、三段式PWM、一段式PWM綜合起來,并重新劃分了線性調(diào)制區(qū)和過調(diào)制區(qū),有效擴(kuò)展了實(shí)際的電壓空間。其次,該算法對過調(diào)制算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,減小了運(yùn)算量并降低了輸出諧波;同時(shí),通過對參考電壓進(jìn)行線性修正,有效地提高了輸出電壓基波幅值的線性度。針對調(diào)制電平與恒定電平之間的切換問題,也給出了基于有限狀態(tài)機(jī)的新死區(qū)插入方法。最后,在感應(yīng)電機(jī)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該算法的可行性與優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Due to the existence of dead time and minimum pulse width restriction, the actual voltage space of the two level three-phase voltage source inverter is reduced. Therefore, the traditional seven segment SVPWM and its over modulation algorithm are no longer completely applicable. Therefore, a novel integrated PWM (IPWM) algorithm which considers the dead zone and the minimum pulse width is proposed. The algorithm combines the classic seven segment SVPWM with five segment DPWM1, three segment PWM and one segment PWM, and redivides the linear modulation and over modulation regions to effectively expand the actual voltage space. Secondly, the algorithm optimizes the over modulation algorithm to reduce the amount of operation and reduce the output harmonics; at the same time, through the reference voltage. Linear correction has effectively improved the linearity of the amplitude of the output voltage base wave. For the switching between the modulation level and the constant level, a new dead zone insertion method based on the finite state machine is also given. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm are verified by the experimental results of the induction motor.
