【摘要】:諧波是非線性負(fù)荷接入電網(wǎng)造成的,是一直困擾電能質(zhì)量的大問題,為了保障電力系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定、優(yōu)質(zhì)運(yùn)行,必須徹底消除電網(wǎng)中的這一“毒瘤”,實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色用電,和諧電網(wǎng)的目標(biāo)要求。有源電力濾波器作為一種有效的諧波補(bǔ)償裝置,對(duì)其研究具有重要意義和必要性。基于此,本文以三相四線制三電平并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)諧波檢測(cè)、補(bǔ)償控制技術(shù)和裝置的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)深入地研究。針對(duì)目前有源電力濾波器中的諧波檢測(cè)算法,深入研究了基于希爾伯特黃變換(HHT)的諧波檢測(cè)方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于總體平均經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解(EEMD)的HHT檢測(cè)算法。經(jīng)仿真驗(yàn)證,EEMD方法在分解過程中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)模態(tài)混疊現(xiàn)象,克服了基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解方法(EMD)的不足。EEMD方法與瞬時(shí)無功qpii?方法相比,在負(fù)載突變時(shí)算法的自適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、檢測(cè)精度高、實(shí)時(shí)性好。補(bǔ)償控制方法采用了簡(jiǎn)化的三電平空間電壓矢量調(diào)制算法,并引入PI+重復(fù)的電流跟蹤控制策略;闡述了直流側(cè)電壓控制方法、提出了電容中點(diǎn)電壓偏移的解決方案。設(shè)計(jì)搭建了仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果表明在三相對(duì)稱、不對(duì)稱的情況下均能達(dá)到滿意的補(bǔ)償效果,換相點(diǎn)處補(bǔ)償不足的問題得到明顯改善,很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了三相四線制三電平有源電力濾波器的補(bǔ)償控制。以TMS320F28335芯片為主控單元,設(shè)計(jì)了三電平有源電力濾波器裝置,編寫了DSP軟件程序并設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的外圍電路,經(jīng)帶負(fù)載測(cè)試,該樣機(jī)能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)諧波電流的有效補(bǔ)償。
[Abstract]:Harmonic is caused by the nonlinear load connecting to the power network, and it is a big problem that has been puzzling the power quality. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the power system and the high quality operation, it is necessary to completely eliminate the "cancer" in the power network and realize the green electricity consumption. Objective requirements of harmonious power grid. As an effective harmonic compensation device, active power filter (APF) is of great significance and necessity to its research. Based on this, the three-phase four-wire three-level shunt active power filter is taken as the research object, and the design of harmonic detection, compensation control technology and device is studied systematically and deeply. Aiming at the harmonic detection algorithm of active power filter, the harmonic detection method based on Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is studied in detail. Based on this, an HHT detection algorithm based on the population average empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed. The simulation results show that there will not be modal aliasing in the decomposition process of the EEMD method, which overcomes the shortcomings of the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method and instantaneous reactive power qpii? Compared with the method, the algorithm has strong adaptive ability, high detection accuracy and good real-time performance when the load changes. The compensation control method adopts the simplified three-level space voltage vector modulation algorithm, and introduces Pi repetitive current tracking control strategy, describes the DC side voltage control method, and puts forward the solution of capacitance neutral point voltage deviation. The simulation model is designed and built. The simulation results show that the compensation effect is satisfactory in the case of three-phase symmetry and asymmetry, and the problem of insufficient compensation at the commutation point is obviously improved. The compensation control of three-phase four-wire three-level active power filter is well realized. The three-level active power filter device is designed with TMS320F28335 chip as the main control unit. The DSP software program is written and the corresponding peripheral circuit is designed. Through the load test, the prototype can effectively compensate the harmonic current.
