動態(tài)無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備在高壓直流輸電換相失敗中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:換相失敗是高壓直流輸電系統(tǒng)最常見也是比較嚴(yán)重的故障之一,可能會導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)直流電流劇增、換流閥壽命縮短、直流輸電功率減少及逆變側(cè)弱交流系統(tǒng)電壓不穩(wěn)定等嚴(yán)重后果。若換相失敗后的處理方式不當(dāng),可能引發(fā)后續(xù)的換相失敗,連續(xù)換相失敗可能引起換流站雙極閉鎖,導(dǎo)致直流傳輸功率中斷。 分析了高壓直流輸電換相失敗理論并通過對華東地區(qū)的案例進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,找出這一事故的主要原因,即交流側(cè)電壓跌落。提出在逆變站母線處配置一定容量的動態(tài)無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備抑制換相失敗。為了對動態(tài)無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備發(fā)出動作指令,需選取量化判據(jù)。綜合考慮了對稱故障與不對稱故障及換相失敗采取措施的安全裕度問題,本文提出抑制換相失敗采取措施的動作判據(jù)臨界值:電壓跌落幅值,即臨界電壓降O.1pu。 分析對比現(xiàn)有動態(tài)無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備相關(guān)性能后選擇STATCOM。詳盡分析了STATCOM的需求原則、性能指標(biāo)、主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、等效模型,提出了合理的無功容量配置方案、主參數(shù)設(shè)計,以及STATCOM針對抑制直流輸電換相失敗的控制目標(biāo)與控制策略。在PSCAD/EMTDC軟件平臺上仿真分析了在系統(tǒng)電壓不同跌落范圍時投入STATCOM對系統(tǒng)電壓的動態(tài)支撐效果。研究表明:STATCOM可動態(tài)地提供電壓支撐,等效擴(kuò)大母線電壓安全運(yùn)行范圍,可在一定程度上解決由電壓跌落所引起的換相失敗及協(xié)助換相失敗母線電壓恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Commutation failure is one of the most common and serious faults in HVDC transmission system, which may lead to a sharp increase in DC current and shorten the life of commutation valve. DC transmission power reduction and inverter side weak AC system voltage instability and other serious consequences. If the treatment method after the commutation failure is improper, it may lead to subsequent commutation failure, and the continuous commutation failure may cause the bipolar locking of the converter station and lead to the interruption of DC transmission power. The theory of commutation failure of HVDC transmission is analyzed and the case of East China is analyzed. The main cause of the accident is the voltage drop on the AC side. A dynamic reactive power compensation device with a certain capacity at the bus bar of the inverter station is proposed to suppress the commutation failure. In order to issue action instructions to dynamic reactive power compensation equipment, quantization criteria should be selected. Considering the safety margin of symmetric fault, asymmetric fault and commutation failure, this paper presents the critical value of action criterion: voltage drop amplitude, that is, critical voltage drop 0.1 pu. After analyzing and comparing the related performance of the existing dynamic reactive power compensation equipment, select STATCOM. The requirement principle, performance index, topology structure of main circuit, equivalent model of STATCOM are analyzed in detail. A reasonable reactive capacity configuration scheme, main parameter design and control target and control strategy of STATCOM to restrain commutation failure of HVDC are proposed. The dynamic support effect of STATCOM on the system voltage is analyzed by simulation on the PSCAD/EMTDC software platform when the voltage drop range is different. The research shows that: Statcom can dynamically provide voltage support, expand the safe operation range of bus voltage, and solve commutation failure caused by voltage drop and assist commutation failure bus voltage recovery to some extent.
