基于損耗分析的異步電動(dòng)機(jī)在線能效檢測(cè)方法的研究

【摘要】:分析了異步電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的損耗情況,結(jié)合電動(dòng)機(jī)在線故障檢測(cè)技術(shù),提出了一種異步電動(dòng)機(jī)在線能效檢測(cè)的方法,即通過(guò)在線收集的電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行參數(shù),計(jì)算出整體的效率、功率因數(shù)和負(fù)載率等關(guān)鍵參數(shù),評(píng)判出電動(dòng)機(jī)的能耗水平;給出了方法中重要參數(shù)的計(jì)算公式、評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,證明了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the loss of asynchronous motor in operation is analyzed. Combined with the on-line fault detection technology of induction motor, a method of on-line energy efficiency detection of asynchronous motor is proposed, that is, the overall efficiency is calculated through the running parameters of the motor collected online. The key parameters such as power factor and load rate are used to judge the level of motor energy consumption, and the calculation formula and criterion of important parameters in the method are given, and the feasibility of the method is proved by experiment.
