云南火電廠煙氣污染物排放現(xiàn)狀及控制對策研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長帶來的能源消耗使得火電廠排放了越來越多的煙氣污染物,國家對環(huán)保的重視,為了更好的控制大氣污染、改善大氣質(zhì)量,出臺了更為嚴(yán)格的大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB13223-2011。本文對云南省火電廠煙氣污染物排放進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和研究,概述了云南省火電廠環(huán)保設(shè)備安裝及運(yùn)行情況和煙氣污染物排放現(xiàn)狀,簡要總結(jié)云南省火電廠脫硫、脫硝、除塵系統(tǒng)存在的問題,主要集中在環(huán)保設(shè)備實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況偏離了設(shè)計(jì)工況、設(shè)備故障率高使得運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定,燃用煤質(zhì)成分波動較大等,從而影響了煙氣污染物控制效果。對不滿足規(guī)定排放限值的環(huán)保系統(tǒng)提出了改進(jìn)措施和建議,除常規(guī)技術(shù)改造措施外,還需對運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)、配煤控制等手段進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以滿足GB13223-2011規(guī)定的煙氣排放限值。由于循環(huán)流化床(CFB)機(jī)組在云南電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰的重要性,其煙氣污染物排放特性的研究顯得格外重要,通過試驗(yàn)改變石灰石量、床溫、氧量等因素,得到鍋爐不同工況下SO2、NOx及N20的排放特性,從生成機(jī)理角度分析了不同參數(shù)之間的影響關(guān)系,得出了滿足國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求前提下的最佳的運(yùn)行工況。通過本文的分析研究,對云南省火電廠乃至國內(nèi)同類型機(jī)組的環(huán)保系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,控制煙氣污染物排放滿足規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起到積極的借鑒意義,還可帶來可觀的社會效益和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:The energy consumption brought by the economic growth makes the thermal power plant discharge more and more flue gas pollutants. In order to better control the air pollution and improve the air quality, the state pays more attention to the environmental protection. In order to better control the air pollution and improve the air quality, a more stringent emission standard GB13223-2011 has been issued. In this paper, the emission of flue gas pollutants from thermal power plants in Yunnan Province is investigated and studied. The installation and operation of environmental protection equipment and the current situation of emission of flue gas pollutants in thermal power plants in Yunnan Province are summarized, and the desulfurization and denitrification of thermal power plants in Yunnan Province are summarized briefly. The problems in the dust removal system mainly focus on the deviation of the actual operation of the environmental protection equipment from the design conditions. The high failure rate of the equipment makes the operation unstable and the coal composition fluctuates greatly, which affects the control effect of the flue gas pollutants. The improvement measures and suggestions are put forward for the environmental protection system which does not meet the prescribed emission limit. In addition to the conventional technical renovation measures, it is also necessary to optimize the operation regulation, coal blending control and other means to meet the flue gas emission limit stipulated by GB13223-2011. Because of the importance of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) units in peak shaving in Yunnan Power Grid, the study of emission characteristics of flue gas pollutants is particularly important. The factors such as limestone content, bed temperature, oxygen content and so on are changed through experiments. The emission characteristics of so _ 2 no _ x and N _ 20 under different operating conditions are obtained. The influence relations between different parameters are analyzed from the point of view of formation mechanism, and the optimal operating conditions under the premise of meeting the requirements of national emission standards are obtained. Through the analysis and research of this paper, it has positive reference significance for the environmental protection system design, the stable operation of the equipment, and the control of flue gas pollutant emissions to meet the prescribed standards of Yunnan thermal power plant and even the same type of units in China. It can also bring considerable social and environmental benefits.
