基于分布參數(shù)磁路模型的永磁接觸器吸力特性

【摘要】:針對(duì)永磁體集總參數(shù)磁路模型求解永磁接觸器吸力特性存在計(jì)算精度較低的問(wèn)題,提出了根據(jù)永磁體內(nèi)磁通密度分布情況,將永磁體沿磁化方向和垂直于磁化方向按整體磁通密度相對(duì)誤差最小的分塊方法,構(gòu)建永磁體分布參數(shù)接觸器等效磁路模型。對(duì)所研究的永磁接觸器等效磁路進(jìn)行求解,獲得接觸器靜態(tài)吸力特性計(jì)算值,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步求出靜態(tài)吸力特性曲線簇,結(jié)合靜態(tài)線圈磁鏈曲線簇對(duì)永磁接觸器的動(dòng)態(tài)微分方程組進(jìn)行求解,得到動(dòng)態(tài)吸力特性。吸力計(jì)算值與實(shí)測(cè)值相比有較好的一致性,且靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)吸力值相對(duì)誤差分別在8%和10%以內(nèi),表明了采用永磁體分布參數(shù)的接觸器系統(tǒng)磁路模型求解吸力特性這一方法的正確性和有效性,為永磁接觸器設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化分析提供了一種有效的手段。
[Abstract]:According to the permanent magnet lumped parameter calculation of the low precision problem of solving the suction characteristics of the magnetic circuit model of permanent magnet contactor, put forward according to the distribution of the magnetic flux density in the permanent magnet, permanent magnet along the direction of magnetization and vertical flux density according to the overall relative error block method in minimum magnetization direction, permanent magnet contactor distribution parameters equivalent circuit model construction. To solve the equivalent magnetic circuit of permanent magnet contactor, the calculated value obtained static force characteristic of contactor, based on the calculated static characteristic curves, combined with the static magnetic coil chain curves of permanent magnet contactor dynamic differential equations, the dynamic characteristic of suction suction. Calculated values are consistent better compared with the measured values, and the static and dynamic force value of relative errors are within 8% and 10%, that the permanent magnet is connected with the distribution parameters The magnetic circuit model of the touch system is correct and effective for solving the suction characteristics. It provides an effective means for the design and optimization of the permanent magnet contactor.
