考慮繼電保護協(xié)調(diào)動作的分布式電源優(yōu)化布置

【摘要】:隨著全球能源危機和環(huán)境要求的迫切需求,分布式發(fā)電以其高效、可靠、經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境友好等優(yōu)勢成為新能源開發(fā)的典范得到了廣泛關注。分布式發(fā)電技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得分布式電源的接入成為了可能。分布式電源通常接入配電網(wǎng),但是多個分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)將會使配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、潮流以及運行方式發(fā)生很大的變化。特別是在繼電保護方面,多個分布式電源并入配電網(wǎng),,使得配電網(wǎng)的故障短路電流的大小、方向和分布發(fā)生深刻的變化,配電網(wǎng)中原有三段式電流保護的協(xié)調(diào)配合關系可能被打破。 本文首先介紹了配電網(wǎng)常用的三段式電流保護及其整定原則,在此基礎上搭建典型配電網(wǎng)模型,并根據(jù)保護配置計算出支路各個保護的整定值,然后分析了單個及多個分布式電源的接入位置和容量對三段式電流保護運行造成的影響。 針對分布式電源接入對配電網(wǎng)電流保護配合的影響,提出了考慮繼電保護協(xié)調(diào)可靠動作的以分布式電源準入容量最大為目標的優(yōu)化布置模型,并給出了基于遺傳算法的優(yōu)化布置模型求解方法。 最后,文章以IEEE33單條饋線多分支配電網(wǎng)和IEEE14多條饋線多分支配電網(wǎng)模型作為算例求解驗證分布式電源的優(yōu)化布置,結(jié)果表明:該優(yōu)化布置模型是可行的、合理的。本文提出的分布式電源在配電網(wǎng)的優(yōu)化布置模型在最大限度的利用分布式電源提供了接入?yún)⒖家罁?jù),具有重要的理論和實際意義。
[Abstract]:With the global energy crisis and the urgent need of environmental requirements, distributed power generation has become a model of new energy development because of its high efficiency, reliability, economic and environmental friendliness.With the development of distributed generation technology, it is possible to access distributed generation.Distributed generation is usually connected to the distribution network, but the structure, power flow and operation mode of the distribution network will be greatly changed by multiple distributed sources.In particular, in the area of relay protection, many distributed sources are incorporated into the distribution network, resulting in profound changes in the size, direction and distribution of the fault short-circuit current in the distribution network.The coordination relationship of the original three-section current protection in the distribution network may be broken.This paper first introduces the three-section current protection and its setting principle, and then builds a typical distribution network model, and calculates the setting value of each branch protection according to the protection configuration.Then, the influence of access location and capacity of single or multiple distributed power sources on the operation of three-stage current protection is analyzed.In view of the influence of distributed power access on the coordination of current protection in distribution network, an optimal layout model with maximum admission capacity of distributed power supply is proposed, which considers the coordinated and reliable operation of relay protection.The method of solving the optimal layout model based on genetic algorithm is also presented.Finally, the IEEE33 single-feeder multi-branch distribution network and the IEEE14 multi-feeder multi-branch distribution network model are used as examples to verify the optimal layout of distributed generation. The results show that the optimal layout model is feasible and reasonable.The optimal layout model of distributed generation in distribution network proposed in this paper provides a reference for the maximum use of distributed power supply, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
