【摘要】:頻譜分析儀作為頻域測(cè)量的基本工具,在科研和生產(chǎn)中都具有重要的意義。而近年來(lái),無(wú)線通信的發(fā)展使得對(duì)頻譜資源的需求和使用不斷增多,導(dǎo)致頻譜空間環(huán)境越發(fā)復(fù)雜。這對(duì)頻域測(cè)量工具頻譜分析儀的靈活性、可配置性和開(kāi)放性提出了更高的要求,而這些要求正好符合軟件無(wú)線電技術(shù)的思想。軟件無(wú)線電的基本思想是在一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、模塊化的通用硬件平臺(tái)上,用軟件的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)各種不同業(yè)務(wù),以滿足各種不同的需求,F(xiàn)代的頻譜分析儀中開(kāi)始采用這種結(jié)構(gòu),即模擬的射頻接收端和全數(shù)字式的中頻處理系統(tǒng),這種結(jié)構(gòu)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高頻率分辨率和多測(cè)量功能。該結(jié)構(gòu)中全數(shù)字式的中頻處理系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)高性能頻譜分析的關(guān)鍵。本文的目的就是給出軟件無(wú)線電平臺(tái)中頻譜分析數(shù)字中頻的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并利用該平臺(tái)驗(yàn)證方案的可行性,這樣既能有效模擬實(shí)際的頻譜分析儀,又能利用通用的硬件平臺(tái)降低研究成本。設(shè)計(jì)方案中將頻譜分析的數(shù)字中頻處理部分劃分為幾個(gè)基本模塊,包括將中頻信號(hào)搬移到基帶的數(shù)字混頻模塊、減少頻譜混疊并降低數(shù)據(jù)采樣率的級(jí)聯(lián)積分梳狀濾波模塊和級(jí)聯(lián)半帶濾波模塊、實(shí)現(xiàn)離散信號(hào)頻譜分析的頻譜計(jì)算模塊和控制時(shí)序、參數(shù)的參數(shù)控制模塊。設(shè)計(jì)的頻譜分析數(shù)字中頻處理方案將中心頻率70MHz、采樣率230.4MSPS的中頻信號(hào)作為輸入,需要實(shí)現(xiàn)30Hz~30kHz的頻率分辨率,用FPGA中資源較為豐富的Xilinx Virtex6 xc6vsx315t作為數(shù)字中頻的處理芯片。在軟件無(wú)線電平臺(tái)上的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明:方案中各個(gè)模塊功能正常;中頻方案的動(dòng)態(tài)范圍能達(dá)到65dB;實(shí)際的頻率分辨率在可分析的誤差范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:As a basic tool of frequency domain measurement, spectrum analyzer is of great significance in scientific research and production.In recent years, with the development of wireless communication, the demand and use of spectrum resources are increasing, which leads to the complexity of spectrum space environment.This puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility, configurability and openness of the frequency domain measurement tool spectrum analyzer, and these requirements are in line with the idea of software radio technology.The basic idea of software radio is to realize all kinds of different services with software method on a set of standardized and modularized general hardware platform to meet different requirements.The modern spectrum analyzer has adopted this structure, that is, analog RF receiver and full-digital intermediate frequency processing system, which can achieve high frequency resolution and multi-measurement functions.Digital if processing system is the key to high performance spectrum analysis.The purpose of this paper is to give the realization scheme of spectrum analysis digital if in the software radio platform, and use this platform to verify the feasibility of the scheme, which can effectively simulate the actual spectrum analyzer.It can also reduce the research cost by using the common hardware platform.In the design scheme, the digital if processing part of the spectrum analysis is divided into several basic modules, including the digital mixing module which moves the intermediate frequency signal to the baseband.The concatenated integral comb filter module and the cascade half-band filter module which can reduce spectrum aliasing and data sampling rate are used to realize the spectrum calculation module and control timing module of discrete signal spectrum analysis and the parameter control module of parameters.The digital intermediate frequency processing scheme for spectrum analysis takes the if signal of the central frequency 70 MHz and the sampling rate 230.4MSPS as the input. It needs to realize the frequency resolution of the 30Hz~30kHz. The Xilinx Virtex6 xc6vsx315t, which is rich in resources in FPGA, is used as the digital if processing chip.The verification results on the software radio platform show that the function of each module in the scheme is normal, the dynamic range of the if scheme can reach 65 dB, and the actual frequency resolution is within the analytical error range.
