光伏建筑一體化接入系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案優(yōu)化選擇與研究

【摘要】:如今,能源危機(jī)已成為影響世界格局的重要因素。太陽能作為一種清潔、高效和永不衰竭的新能源,光伏發(fā)電也有安全可靠、無污染、制約少、故障率低、無噪聲、維護(hù)簡便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),各國都將太陽能資源利用作為國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要方向。目前光電建筑一體化(Building integrated photovoltaic以下簡稱BIPV)發(fā)電在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域不僅能夠有效提高同等規(guī)模的光伏電站發(fā)電量,同時(shí)也有效解決了電力在升壓及長途運(yùn)輸中的損耗問題,資源優(yōu)勢得天獨(dú)厚,應(yīng)用前景十分廣闊。 本文分析了光電建筑一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢、國內(nèi)對于光伏發(fā)電的政策法規(guī),介紹了光電建筑一體化的基本發(fā)電原理和運(yùn)行特性,分析了電力系統(tǒng)對光伏系統(tǒng)在線單元的各個(gè)指標(biāo)及其電能質(zhì)量的要求。根據(jù)浙江省臺(tái)州市黃巖經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的電氣工程設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)和目前的技術(shù)水平,設(shè)計(jì)了安裝總?cè)萘繛?MWp的光伏組件的電氣設(shè)備配置方案;一次設(shè)備部分的設(shè)計(jì)包括光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目接入系統(tǒng)主接線方案,主變壓器、各種電壓等級的斷路器、隔離開關(guān)、避雷器、無功補(bǔ)償電容器的設(shè)備選型以及相關(guān)配置方案,同時(shí)提出了性能價(jià)格比較優(yōu)的接入線路工程應(yīng)用方案,給出了合理的選型與配置方案;趪覙(biāo)準(zhǔn),在本光伏建筑項(xiàng)目的自動(dòng)化和電力通信設(shè)計(jì)方面,根據(jù)建設(shè)規(guī)模,對其二次系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面整合,設(shè)計(jì)了光伏建筑的自動(dòng)化電力系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備配置方案和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用本文對建筑光伏的各種方案的評價(jià),對二次系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化及網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信整合過程進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的總體分析。在光伏發(fā)電過程中各類監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)方面,根據(jù)光伏建筑一體化自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了黃巖公元太陽能2MWp光電建筑的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)及遠(yuǎn)程通信方案,用于傳輸自動(dòng)化信息的站內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò);最后針對黃巖公元太陽能2MWp光電建筑的站內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)和遠(yuǎn)程通信方式,設(shè)計(jì)了其安全防護(hù)方案。
[Abstract]:Today, the energy crisis has become an important factor affecting the world pattern.Solar energy as a clean, efficient and never exhausted new energy, photovoltaic power generation also has the advantages of safe, reliable, pollution-free, less restriction, low failure rate, no noise, easy maintenance, etc.The utilization of solar energy resources is regarded as the important direction of national sustainable development strategy.At present, building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) power generation in this field can not only effectively improve the power generation of photovoltaic power plants of the same scale, but also effectively solve the problem of loss of electric power in the boost up and long-distance transportation.The resource superiority is unique, the application prospect is very broad.This paper analyzes the development trend of photoelectric building integration industry, domestic policies and regulations for photovoltaic power generation, and introduces the basic power generation principle and operation characteristics of photovoltaic building integration.In this paper, the requirements of power system for PV system on line unit and its power quality are analyzed.According to the task of electrical engineering design and the current technical level of Huang Yan Economic Development Zone in Taizhou City Zhejiang Province the electrical equipment configuration scheme of photovoltaic module with total capacity of 2MWp is designed.The design of primary equipment includes the main connection scheme, main transformer, circuit breaker of various voltage levels, isolating switch, arrester, reactive power compensation capacitor equipment type selection and related configuration scheme, including the main connection scheme of PV power project access system, main transformer, various voltage level circuit breakers, isolating switches, arresters, reactive power compensation capacitors, etc.At the same time, the project application scheme of access line with better performance and price is put forward, and the reasonable selection and configuration scheme is given.Based on the national standard, according to the scale of the construction, the paper integrates the secondary system and designs the equipment configuration and network structure of the automatic power system of the photovoltaic building in the aspect of automation and electric power communication design of the photovoltaic building project.Based on the evaluation of various building photovoltaic schemes, the economic benefits of the process of secondary system automation and network communication integration are analyzed in this paper.According to the demand of integrated photovoltaic building automation system, the communication network and remote communication scheme of Huang Yan solar 2MWp photovoltaic building are designed in the aspects of various monitoring systems in the process of photovoltaic power generation.The data transmission network is used to transmit the automation information in the station. Finally, the security protection scheme is designed for the data transmission network and the remote communication mode in the solar 2MWp photovoltaic building of Huang Yan.
