高頻鏈三相四橋臂矩陣變換器調(diào)制及控制研究

【摘要】:高頻鏈矩陣變換器是一種新型電路拓?fù),,不僅能夠很好地解決傳統(tǒng)工頻變壓器在逆變技術(shù)中固有的問題,而且實現(xiàn)了逆變器的高頻化、小型化。因其優(yōu)越的控制性能和較低的成本,逐漸成為逆變器發(fā)展的趨勢。隨著電力電子技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,其潛在優(yōu)勢越來越明顯,分布式發(fā)電技術(shù)的發(fā)展也拓展了其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。本文主要研究的是高頻鏈三相四橋臂矩陣變換器拓?fù)洌淇梢詾槿嗖黄胶庳?fù)載提供輸出側(cè)平衡的三相電壓。 本文首先介紹了矩陣變換器及傳統(tǒng)三相四橋臂逆變器的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后論述了高頻逆變技術(shù),將二者結(jié)合起來,組成高頻鏈三相四橋臂矩陣變換器。該拓?fù)鋵⒍叩膬?yōu)點結(jié)合,既可以實現(xiàn)變壓器的高頻化,矩陣變換器能量的雙向流動,也可以抑制輸出側(cè)的三相不平衡電壓。 為了實現(xiàn)矩陣變換器的變流器功能,本文從拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)上對電路進(jìn)行解耦,介紹了適用于矩陣變換器的兩種調(diào)制策略,解結(jié)耦和一體化的SPWM調(diào)制策略。分別研究了兩種調(diào)制策略的實現(xiàn)方法,分析了一體化SPWM調(diào)制策略的工作模態(tài)并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的仿真驗證。 然后,在調(diào)制策略實現(xiàn)矩陣變換器安全換流的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過研究高頻鏈三相四橋臂矩陣變換器帶不平衡負(fù)載時的閉環(huán)控制策略,來改善系統(tǒng)的性能。分別研究了傳統(tǒng)PI調(diào)節(jié)的雙閉環(huán)控制,基于對稱分量法的雙旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)的雙閉環(huán)控制,陷波器濾除同步旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)平面的二倍頻交流諧波的閉環(huán)控制方式。通過仿真驗證各種控制策略的可實現(xiàn)性,并且對這三種策略下控制系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行對比分析。 最后,搭建該系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件實驗平臺。主電路采用自己繪制的矩陣變換器電路板,控制電路是由DSP和CPLD組成,通過實驗對上述調(diào)制策略和控制方法進(jìn)行驗證。
[Abstract]:High frequency chain matrix converter is a new circuit topology, which can not only solve the inherent problems of traditional power frequency transformer in inverter technology, but also realize the high frequency and miniaturization of inverter.Because of its superior control performance and low cost, it has gradually become the trend of inverter development.With the rapid development of power electronics technology, its potential advantages become more and more obvious. The development of distributed generation technology has also expanded its application field.In this paper, the topology of the high frequency chain three-phase four-leg matrix converter is studied, which can provide the output balanced three-phase voltage for the three-phase unbalanced load.This paper first introduces the research status of the matrix converter and the traditional three-phase four-leg inverter, then discusses the high-frequency inverter technology, and combines the two to form the high-frequency chain three-phase four-bridge arm matrix converter.By combining the advantages of the two topologies, it can not only realize the high frequency of transformer, the bidirectional flow of energy in matrix converter, but also suppress the unbalance voltage of three phase on the output side.In order to realize the function of matrix converter, this paper decouples the circuit from the topology, and introduces two modulation strategies, decoupling and integrated SPWM modulation strategy, which are suitable for matrix converter.The realization methods of two modulation strategies are studied, and the working modes of the integrated SPWM modulation strategy are analyzed and the corresponding simulation results are given.Then, on the basis of the modulation strategy to realize the safe commutation of the matrix converter, the closed-loop control strategy of the three-phase four-arm matrix converter with high frequency chain is studied to improve the performance of the system.The double closed loop control of traditional Pi regulation, the double closed loop control of double rotation coordinate based on symmetric component method, and the closed loop control method of filtering the double frequency harmonic of the plane of synchronous rotating coordinate by notch filter are studied respectively.The realizability of various control strategies is verified by simulation, and the performance of the control system under these three strategies is compared and analyzed.Finally, the software and hardware of the system are built.The main circuit uses the matrix converter circuit board drawn by itself, and the control circuit is composed of DSP and CPLD. The above modulation strategy and control method are verified by experiments.
