電動汽車有序充電及充換電設(shè)施能效研究

【摘要】:電動汽車已經(jīng)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展時期,無序充電給電網(wǎng)帶來很大影響,本文依托項目結(jié)合調(diào)研開展電動汽車有序充電研究。本文首先研究電動汽車負(fù)荷預(yù)測方法,在分析影響負(fù)荷預(yù)測因素的前提下,將電動汽車用戶按照行駛規(guī)律分類為固定式充電用戶和隨機(jī)式充電用戶。對固定式用戶提出基于模糊聚類分析的負(fù)荷預(yù)測方法,對隨機(jī)式用戶提出基于蒙特卡洛模擬的負(fù)荷預(yù)測方法,通過算例驗證所提方法具有一定準(zhǔn)度。結(jié)合負(fù)荷預(yù)測方法研究,本文提出基于電價的有序引導(dǎo)和有序控制策略。在有序引導(dǎo)方面,提出峰谷電價和分區(qū)電價模型,結(jié)合充電價格彈性矩陣說明峰谷電價和分區(qū)電價對用戶充電行為在時間和空間上的引導(dǎo)。在有序控制方面,提出基于分時電價的有序控制策略,通過控制用戶充電成本最小,對用戶接入到離開這一時間段進(jìn)行有序充電控制,仿真算例表明,該策略在一定程度上能降低電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷波動,減少負(fù)荷峰谷差,且當(dāng)電動汽車大規(guī)模接入,“削峰填谷”效果更加明顯。 電動汽車的快速發(fā)展,人們也開始關(guān)注充換電設(shè)施的能效問題。本文最后對電動汽車充換電設(shè)施能效評估進(jìn)行研究,提出了一種能效評價方法,建立了一套能效評估體系。本文首先對能效影響因素進(jìn)行分析,提出能效評價指標(biāo),基于模糊集理論提出能效評價方法,采用遞階綜合思想建立充換電網(wǎng)絡(luò)能效評估體系。在仿真算例中,該評估體系能較好的體現(xiàn)電動汽車充換電設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)能效水平。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicle has entered a rapid development period, disordered charging has a great impact on the power grid, this paper based on the project combined with research to carry out a research on the ordered charging of electric vehicles.In this paper, the load forecasting method of electric vehicle is studied firstly. On the premise of analyzing the influencing factors of load forecasting, the users of electric vehicle are classified into fixed charging users and random charging users according to the driving law.A load forecasting method based on fuzzy clustering analysis is proposed for fixed users, and a load forecasting method based on Monte Carlo simulation is proposed for random users. A numerical example is given to verify the accuracy of the proposed method.Combined with the research of load forecasting method, this paper puts forward orderly guidance and orderly control strategy based on electricity price.In the aspect of orderly guidance, the peak-valley price model and the partitioned price model are proposed, and combined with the charging price elasticity matrix, the guidance of peak-valley price and zonal price to the user charging behavior in time and space is explained.In the aspect of orderly control, an orderly control strategy based on time-sharing price is put forward. By controlling the minimum charging cost of the user, the orderly charging control is carried out on the user's access to the left time period. The simulation example shows that,To a certain extent, the strategy can reduce the load fluctuation and the load peak and valley difference, and when the electric vehicle is connected on a large scale, the effect of "cutting peak and filling valley" is more obvious.With the rapid development of electric vehicles, people begin to pay attention to the energy efficiency of charging and switching facilities.In the end of this paper, an energy efficiency evaluation method is proposed and a set of energy efficiency evaluation system is established.In this paper, the influencing factors of energy efficiency are analyzed, and the evaluation index of energy efficiency is put forward. Based on the fuzzy set theory, the energy efficiency evaluation method is put forward, and the energy efficiency evaluation system of charging and switching network is established by using hierarchical comprehensive thought.In the simulation example, the evaluation system can better reflect the network energy efficiency level of electric vehicle charging and switching facilities.
