【摘要】:鎧裝承荷探測(cè)電纜是目前油田中普遍使用的一種測(cè)井電纜,測(cè)井電纜的性能指標(biāo)是影響測(cè)井生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的重要因素,因此在將其應(yīng)用到生產(chǎn)使用之前,必須要對(duì)其各項(xiàng)特性參數(shù)指標(biāo)做出準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)試,以保證質(zhì)量檢測(cè)部門(mén)的檢測(cè)工作和測(cè)井生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行。本文根據(jù)承荷探測(cè)電纜國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)鎧裝電纜各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行了分析討論,設(shè)計(jì)了一套鎧裝測(cè)井電纜各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的測(cè)試方案。 本論文首先對(duì)鎧裝測(cè)井電纜的主要測(cè)試參數(shù)的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其溯源性進(jìn)行了討論,然后設(shè)計(jì)了測(cè)井電纜測(cè)試的整體方案,對(duì)測(cè)試過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析研究。對(duì)測(cè)試誤差特性及誤差的分析處理進(jìn)行了研究,提出了采用誤差概率分布特性檢驗(yàn)和卡方檢驗(yàn)的方法對(duì)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),保證了測(cè)試結(jié)果精確度的科學(xué)與合理性。最后分別討論了鎧裝測(cè)井電纜的機(jī)械特性和電氣特性的測(cè)試方法及具體測(cè)試方案。其中機(jī)械特性測(cè)試包括鎧裝電纜的單位長(zhǎng)度自重、密度、拉斷力、伸長(zhǎng)率和硬度參數(shù)的測(cè)試,對(duì)目前油田鎧裝測(cè)井電纜所使用的拉斷力、伸長(zhǎng)率和硬度的測(cè)試方法及其具體實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和討論;對(duì)鎧裝電纜電氣參數(shù)的測(cè)量主要包括電纜基本電氣特性參數(shù)的測(cè)量和電纜動(dòng)態(tài)特性的研究,其中電纜基本電氣參數(shù)包括電纜的電阻、絕緣特性和耐壓特性,電纜的動(dòng)態(tài)特性主要包括電纜的頻率響應(yīng)特性。本文設(shè)計(jì)了鎧裝電纜頻率特性測(cè)試方案,,并利用Multisim軟件給出了相關(guān)電路圖和仿真結(jié)果,得到了鎧裝電纜的幅頻特性和相頻特性曲線,驗(yàn)證了測(cè)試方法的有效性。 本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的鎧裝電纜測(cè)試方案已用于大慶石油工業(yè)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)站所承擔(dān)的測(cè)井電纜測(cè)試項(xiàng)目中,為檢驗(yàn)站進(jìn)行的測(cè)試工作提供了測(cè)試依據(jù),提高了測(cè)試工作效率,保證了測(cè)試工作的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Armored load detection cable is a kind of logging cable widely used in oil field at present. The performance index of logging cable is an important factor affecting logging production quality, so before it is applied to production,It is necessary to make an accurate test of each characteristic parameter index in order to ensure the inspection work of the quality inspection department and the normal well logging production.According to the national standard of load detection cable, this paper analyzes and discusses the testing method of the parameters of armored cable, and designs a set of test scheme for each parameter of armored logging cable.In this paper, the international standards and traceability of the main test parameters of armored logging cable are discussed, then the overall scheme of cable testing is designed, and the testing process is analyzed.The characteristics of test error and the analysis and processing of error are studied. The methods of error probability distribution characteristic test and chi-square test are put forward to verify the test data, which ensures the accuracy of the test results to be scientific and reasonable.Finally, the testing methods and specific test schemes of mechanical and electrical characteristics of armored logging cable are discussed respectively.The testing of mechanical characteristics includes the measurement of unit length weight, density, tensile force, elongation and hardness parameters of the sheathed cable, and the tensile force used for the armored logging cable in the oil field at present.The measuring method of elongation and hardness and its concrete implementation are analyzed and discussed in detail, and the measurement of electrical parameters of sheathed cable mainly includes the measurement of basic electrical characteristic parameters of cable and the study of cable dynamic characteristics.The basic electrical parameters of the cable include the resistance, insulation and voltage resistance of the cable, and the dynamic characteristics of the cable mainly include the frequency response characteristics of the cable.In this paper, the frequency characteristic test scheme of sheathed cable is designed, and the related circuit diagram and simulation result are given by using Multisim software. The amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase frequency characteristic curve of sheathed cable are obtained, and the validity of the test method is verified.The armored cable test scheme designed in this paper has been used in the logging cable test project undertaken by Daqing Petroleum Machinery products quality Supervision and Inspection Station, which provides the test basis for the testing work carried out by the inspection station.The efficiency of test work is improved and the quality of test work is ensured.
