【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,資源和環(huán)保問題對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的調(diào)度運(yùn)行提出了更高的要求,大量的可再生能源發(fā)電設(shè)備已接入到電力系統(tǒng)中,并且還將在未來一段時(shí)間內(nèi)保持較高的增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),僅由傳統(tǒng)發(fā)電資源來滿足負(fù)荷需求的經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模式已不能滿足現(xiàn)有電網(wǎng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性方面的要求?芍袛嘭(fù)荷作為一種重要的主動(dòng)式需求響應(yīng)手段,通過電網(wǎng)和用戶之間的雙向互動(dòng),可幫助電力系統(tǒng)消納可再生能源、調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)荷需求,是提升電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)安全性的重要手段。本文將可中斷負(fù)荷和風(fēng)電的接入納入到經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度中,在綜合考慮系統(tǒng)調(diào)度的各種約束條件的基礎(chǔ)上,分別對(duì)單時(shí)段靜態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度和多時(shí)段日前經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度進(jìn)行了研究。本文的主要工作如下:1、將可中斷負(fù)荷作為需求側(cè)可調(diào)度的資源,綜合考慮其調(diào)度機(jī)制、可調(diào)能力、補(bǔ)償價(jià)格、中斷時(shí)間方面的特性,建立了計(jì)及可中斷負(fù)荷的電力系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型。2、針對(duì)單時(shí)段的靜態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度,建立了計(jì)及可中斷負(fù)荷互動(dòng)和風(fēng)電接入的隨機(jī)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型,并綜合考慮了系統(tǒng)安全約束、機(jī)組約束、可中斷負(fù)荷約束等多種條件;诿商乜_模擬仿真和原對(duì)偶-內(nèi)點(diǎn)法,提出了可有效求解上述隨機(jī)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型的綜合優(yōu)化方法。3、針對(duì)時(shí)序框架下的日前經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度,同時(shí)考慮可中斷負(fù)荷和風(fēng)電接入,以及日前經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度的時(shí)段耦合性,提出了先采用日前機(jī)組組合模型確定機(jī)組和可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)用狀態(tài),后采用經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的綜合優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法。4、應(yīng)用IEEE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)算例驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and national economy, the problems of resources and environmental protection have put forward higher requirements for the dispatch and operation of power system. A large number of renewable energy generation equipments have been connected to the power system.And it will maintain a high growth trend in the future. The economic dispatching mode, which only uses the traditional generation resources to meet the load demand, can not meet the economic and security requirements of the existing power grid.Interruptible load, as an important means of active demand response, can help power system absorb renewable energy and adjust load demand through two-way interaction between power grid and users.It is an important means to improve the economic security of power grid dispatching.In this paper, interruptible load and wind power access are incorporated into economic scheduling. On the basis of considering all kinds of constraints of system scheduling, single time static economic scheduling and multi time pre-day economic scheduling are studied respectively.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The interruptible load is regarded as the demand-side schedulable resource, and the characteristics of scheduling mechanism, adjustable ability, compensation price and interrupt time are considered synthetically.The economic dispatching model of power system with interruptible load is established. For the static economic dispatching of single period, a stochastic economic dispatching model considering interruptible load interaction and wind power access is established, and the system security constraints are considered synthetically.Unit constraints, interruptible load constraints and other conditions.Based on the Monte Carlo simulation and the original dual-interior point method, a comprehensive optimization method .3is proposed to solve the above stochastic economic scheduling model effectively. The method is aimed at the pre-day economic scheduling under the framework of time series, taking into account interruptible load and wind power access at the same time.As well as the coupling of pre-day economic dispatch period, it is proposed that the pre-day unit combination model be used to determine the unit and interruptible load transfer state.After that, the economic scheduling model is used to optimize the comprehensive optimal scheduling method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a IEEE standard example.
