熱泵干衣機(jī)用線性壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化與性能分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)熱泵干衣機(jī)的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),介紹了熱泵干衣機(jī)用線性壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程與優(yōu)化方法,并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性能分析。設(shè)計(jì)的線性壓縮機(jī)樣機(jī)作為熱泵干衣機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)70%以上的壓縮效率,壓縮效率受工況條件影響較小,隨冷凝溫度的降低略有下降,而隨蒸發(fā)溫度的降低略有增加。但熱泵循環(huán)制熱能效COP受工況條件影響較大,冷凝溫度越低或者蒸發(fā)溫度越低,制熱COP越高。在冷凝溫度63℃,過(guò)冷度0℃,蒸發(fā)溫度7℃,過(guò)熱度3℃的工況下,制熱COP可以達(dá)3.0以上。
[Abstract]:According to the application characteristics of heat pump clothes dryer, the design process and optimization method of linear compressor for heat pump dryer are introduced, and the system performance is analyzed.As a heat pump dryer, the designed linear compressor prototype can achieve compression efficiency of more than 70%. The compression efficiency is less affected by the operating conditions, and decreases slightly with the decrease of condensation temperature, but increases slightly with the decrease of evaporation temperature.However, the energy efficiency of heat pump cycle heating COP is greatly affected by the operating conditions, the lower the condensation temperature or the lower the evaporation temperature, the higher the heating COP.Under the conditions of condensation temperature 63 鈩,
