電廠反滲透后續(xù)離子交換系統(tǒng)異常的分析和處理

【摘要】:介紹了電廠反滲透產(chǎn)水作為系列原水后的運(yùn)行情況,分析了反滲透后續(xù)離子交換系統(tǒng)異常的原因。結(jié)果表明,陰床出水電導(dǎo)率上升,混床出水電導(dǎo)率也明顯上升,且很快失效是由于CO2進(jìn)入陰床引起陰床先于陽(yáng)床失效,認(rèn)為對(duì)CO2極低含量(質(zhì)量濃度≤5 mg/L)鼓風(fēng)式脫碳依然能保持高效率。采取了在陽(yáng)床出水處運(yùn)行鼓風(fēng)式脫碳器的方法,實(shí)施后,提高了系列周期制水量2倍多。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the operation of reverse osmosis (RO) water as a series of raw water in power plant, and analyzes the reasons for the anomaly of reverse osmosis ion exchange system.The results showed that the conductivity of the effluent from the vaginal bed increased and the conductivity of the effluent from the mixed bed increased obviously, and the rapid failure was due to the failure of the cathode bed before the positive one due to the entry of CO2 into the negative bed.It is considered that the blast decarbonization with very low content of CO2 (mass concentration 鈮,
