【摘要】:矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)以其在功率密度、運(yùn)行效率、響應(yīng)速度等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),在推動(dòng)高端裝備制造的國(guó)產(chǎn)化、自主化過(guò)程中具有重要地位。本文針對(duì)矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略輸入電流質(zhì)量偏低、轉(zhuǎn)矩磁鏈波動(dòng)過(guò)大及開關(guān)頻率不固定問(wèn)題,開展一系列研究,建立并提出了矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)體系,并基于評(píng)價(jià)體系提出了三種新型直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略。 提出矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)體系。在評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立過(guò)程中,,將矩陣變換器和永磁同步電機(jī)統(tǒng)一建模,綜合運(yùn)用離散平均、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方法,逐步形成評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)、影響因子等表現(xiàn)形式。評(píng)價(jià)體系揭示了變換器全部開關(guān)狀態(tài)到電機(jī)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)矩、磁鏈及電網(wǎng)側(cè)無(wú)功電荷量的本質(zhì)非線性映射規(guī)律,為新型矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略的提出奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 提出矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)主從矢量直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略;谠u(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)分析了變換器有效矢量對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩、磁鏈的控制規(guī)律,建立矩陣變換器開關(guān)表,提出主、從矢量選擇機(jī)制及相應(yīng)的占空比計(jì)算方法。主從矢量策略可合理調(diào)配多個(gè)開關(guān)狀態(tài),使電機(jī)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)和精細(xì)、平滑的穩(wěn)態(tài)性能。 提出矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)占空比優(yōu)化直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略。基于影響因子對(duì)主從矢量策略的占空比計(jì)算過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,進(jìn)而提出一種簡(jiǎn)易的占空比控制策略,探討了主從矢量策略與占空比優(yōu)化策略的控制特點(diǎn)。占空比優(yōu)化策略是一種理想的折中控制方案,具有計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)單、魯棒性高、轉(zhuǎn)矩控制效果好等特點(diǎn)。 提出矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)矢量直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略;谟绊懸蜃娱_關(guān)表揭示了變換器全部開關(guān)狀態(tài)對(duì)電機(jī)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)矩、磁鏈及電網(wǎng)側(cè)無(wú)功電荷量的控制規(guī)律,結(jié)合優(yōu)化控制理論建立目標(biāo)函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)變換器開關(guān)狀態(tài)的擇優(yōu)選取。最優(yōu)矢量策略不僅結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、控制靈活,而且可合理利用變換器旋轉(zhuǎn)矢量,改善電機(jī)系統(tǒng)輸入、輸出波形質(zhì)量。 構(gòu)建一套高可靠性的矩陣變換器-永磁同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)樣機(jī),對(duì)傳統(tǒng)策略和三種新型控制策略進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明,三種新型控制策略均可有效解決傳統(tǒng)策略存在的問(wèn)題,且保持傳統(tǒng)策略無(wú)需轉(zhuǎn)子位置、轉(zhuǎn)矩響應(yīng)迅速等特點(diǎn),證明了本文理論分析的正確性和控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:Matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor system with the power density, efficiency, response speed and other advantages, to promote domestic production of high-end equipment, plays an important role in the process of self. In this paper the matrix converter permanent low input current quality strategy of traditional direct torque control system of magnetic synchronous motor torque. The flux fluctuation is too large and the switch frequency is not fixed, to carry out a series of research, and put forward the establishment of matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor system evaluation system, and evaluation system based on the proposed three new direct torque control strategy.
The matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system evaluation system. In the process of establishing evaluation system, unified modeling of matrix converter and permanent magnet synchronous motor, using discrete mean, statistical analysis and other methods, gradually formed the evaluation function, influence factor and other forms. The evaluation system reveals all converter switch state to the motor the lateral torque, essentially nonlinear mapping rules in flux and reactive charge, is a new type of matrix converter permanent lay a theoretical foundation for proposing strategies of direct torque control system of PMSM.
The matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque vector control strategy. The evaluation function of converter vector on torque based control law of flux, establish the matrix converter switching table, put forward the main selection mechanism, and the corresponding duty ratio calculation method. The vector vector can be a reasonable allocation of master-slave strategy a plurality of switch state, the motor system to achieve fast dynamic response and steady state performance fine, smooth.
The matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor system of the duty ratio optimization of direct torque control strategy. The impact factor of master-slave vector strategy the duty ratio calculation process based on optimization, and then propose a simple duty ratio control strategy of master-slave vector strategy and duty ratio control strategy optimization characteristics of duty. Ratio optimization strategy is an ideal compromise control scheme is simple in calculation, high robustness, torque control effect is good.
The matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor torque vector control strategy. The impact factor switching table reveals the converter switching state of all motor side torque control law based on flux and reactive charge, combined with the optimal control theory to establish the objective function, realize the selection of switch converter. The optimal condition vector strategy not only has the advantages of simple structure, flexible control, and rational use of converter motor rotation vector, improve the system input, the output waveform quality.
To build a high reliability of matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor prototype system, experimental research, the traditional strategy and three kinds of new control strategies. The results showed that three kinds of new control strategy can effectively solve the problems of traditional strategies, and maintain the traditional strategy without rotor position, fast torque response characteristics is proved validity of the control strategy and theoretical analysis in this paper.
