聚丙烯腈基活化炭納米球電極材料制備及性能

【摘要】:采用無皂乳液聚合法合成粒徑為200~220 nm的聚丙烯腈納米球,將其依次經(jīng)過冷凍干燥、氧化穩(wěn)定化、炭化活化處理,制備出超級電容器用炭納米球電極材料。采用掃描電子顯微鏡、低溫N2吸附及紅外光譜儀對其表面形貌、孔結(jié)構(gòu)及表面基團(tuán)等進(jìn)行表征,并對其電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了測試。結(jié)果顯示,在聚合物前驅(qū)體與KOH的質(zhì)量比為1∶4,活化溫度為800℃,活化時間為1 h的條件下,所制備的活化炭納米球電極材料比表面積達(dá)2 361 m2/g,總孔容達(dá)1.2cm3/g。其電極在3 mol/L的KOH電解液中的比電容達(dá)246 F/g,且具有良好的充放電性能,漏電流僅為0.041 mA。
[Abstract]:Polyacrylonitrile nanospheres were synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization, followed by freeze-drying, oxidation stabilization and carbonization activation. Carbon nanospheres for supercapacitors were prepared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface morphology, pore structure and surface group were characterized by low temperature N2 adsorption and infrared spectrometer. The electrochemical properties of the polymer were measured.
