【摘要】:毫米波射頻同軸連接器是用于毫米波系統(tǒng)間信號連接的重要元器件。近年來,隨著毫米波系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)發(fā)展,以往用矩形或圓形波導(dǎo)進行毫米波連接的方式已經(jīng)越來越不適應(yīng)毫米波系統(tǒng)逐漸小型化的趨勢。如今的毫米波系統(tǒng)需要在有限的空間實現(xiàn)多路信號互聯(lián),同時要求盲插和快速裝卸,波導(dǎo)的安裝方式已經(jīng)無法滿足這種技術(shù)要求,于是毫米波射頻同軸連接器的應(yīng)用逐步走上正軌,而且越來越多的軍事武器裝備系統(tǒng)對其的需求量穩(wěn)步增長。國內(nèi)毫米波射頻同軸連接器的研究起步較晚,與國外技術(shù)水平差距較大,目前國內(nèi)上機使用的毫米波射頻同軸連接基本依靠進口,武器裝備研制過程受制于人的局面非常嚴峻。為了實現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵元器件“自主可控”的戰(zhàn)略目標,高端毫米波射頻同軸連接器國產(chǎn)化研制的工作十分必要。本文首先介紹了毫米波射頻同軸連接及其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,特別對其實際應(yīng)用場合進行了調(diào)研和總結(jié),為本課題研究成果的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ),指明了方向。同時,本文還對毫米波射頻同軸連接器的國內(nèi)外技術(shù)水平的差距和技術(shù)總體發(fā)展趨勢進行了分析和論述,以便于對本課題研究成果進行定位,并在后續(xù)的課題研究工作中找準著力點。接著,文章從基本理論入手,研究了毫米波射頻同軸連接的設(shè)計方法和關(guān)鍵技術(shù),然后再分別以40GHz毫米波射頻同軸連接器和65GHz毫米波射頻同軸連接器的設(shè)計過程為例進行了毫米波射頻同軸連接器設(shè)計技術(shù)的實踐,特別是對關(guān)鍵零件——絕緣子的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計以及調(diào)整方法進行詳細論述和分析。將理論研究的成果應(yīng)用于具體設(shè)計,在完成40GHz毫米波射頻同軸連接器優(yōu)化設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上落實了65GHz毫米波射頻同軸連接器的設(shè)計方案,并通過產(chǎn)品試制完成了設(shè)計方案的驗證,實現(xiàn)了國產(chǎn)化。產(chǎn)品實物經(jīng)實際測試,65GHz毫米波射頻同軸連接器產(chǎn)品性能已基本達到國外同類產(chǎn)品水平。本文的研究成果從理論分析出發(fā),經(jīng)過了實踐的檢驗,符合較高頻段毫米波射頻同軸連接器設(shè)計的技術(shù)要求。根據(jù)本文的研究成果不但可以成功研制出SMPM型65GHz毫米波射頻同軸連接器,還可以舉一反三,將其優(yōu)化分析的設(shè)計方法推廣到其他類別的毫米波射頻同軸連接器。
[Abstract]:Millimeter-wave RF coaxial connector is an important component for signal connection between millimeter-wave systems. In recent years, with the development of millimeter-wave system technology, In the past, millimeter-wave connections using rectangular or circular waveguides have become less and less suitable for the gradual miniaturization of millimeter-wave systems. Today's millimeter-wave systems need to realize multi-channel signal interconnection in limited space. At the same time, blind insertion and fast loading and unloading are required. The installation of the waveguide can no longer meet this technical requirement, so the application of millimeter-wave RF coaxial connectors is gradually on the right track. Moreover, more and more military weapon systems have a steady increase in demand. The research of millimeter-wave RF coaxial connectors in China started relatively late, and there is a big gap between the domestic and foreign technology levels. At present, the millimeter-wave RF coaxial connection used on the domestic computer basically depends on imports, and the development process of weapons and equipment is controlled by people. In order to achieve the strategic goal of "autonomous and controllable" key components, It is necessary to develop high-end millimeter-wave RF coaxial connectors at home. Firstly, this paper introduces millimeter-wave RF coaxial connections and their application fields. This paper lays a foundation for the application of the research results and points out the direction. At the same time, this paper also analyzes and discusses the gap between domestic and foreign technology level and the overall development trend of millimeter-wave RF coaxial connectors. In order to locate the research results of this subject, and to find the point of focus in the following research work, this paper studies the design method and key technology of millimeter wave RF coaxial connection from the basic theory. Then taking the design process of 40GHz millimeter wave radio frequency coaxial connector and 65GHz millimeter wave radio frequency coaxial connector for example, the design technology of millimeter wave radio frequency coaxial connector is put into practice. In particular, the structural design and adjustment method of the key part-insulator are discussed and analyzed in detail. The results of theoretical research are applied to the specific design. On the basis of the optimization design of 40GHz millimeter wave RF coaxial connector, the design scheme of 65GHz millimeter wave RF coaxial connector is implemented, and the design scheme is verified by the product trial manufacture. The performance of the product has basically reached the level of the same kind of foreign products. The research results of this paper are based on the theoretical analysis, and have been verified by practice. It meets the technical requirements of the design of millimeter wave RF coaxial connectors in high frequency band. According to the research results of this paper, not only the SMPM type 65GHz millimeter wave RF coaxial connectors can be successfully developed, but also the same thing can be done. The design method of optimization analysis is extended to other kinds of millimeter wave RF coaxial connectors.
