保定市核心區(qū)智能配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:核心區(qū)是城市的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化中心,也是配電網(wǎng)的負(fù)荷中心,對(duì)電能的質(zhì)量要求最高,故障停電后造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和社會(huì)影響最大,目前,城市核心區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的配電網(wǎng)已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的需要,既不能適應(yīng)分布式電源的大量接入,也不能滿(mǎn)足人們對(duì)高供電可靠性的需求。因此,建設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)完善、技術(shù)領(lǐng)先、高效互動(dòng)、靈活可靠的現(xiàn)代智能配電網(wǎng)是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)急需的戰(zhàn)略部署。 本文依托保定市核心區(qū)智能配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)改造工程,對(duì)保定市核心城區(qū)智能配電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地研究。本文通過(guò)分析核心區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,有針對(duì)性地提出了核心區(qū)智能配電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃目標(biāo)、建設(shè)與改造原則,重點(diǎn)從網(wǎng)架優(yōu)化、設(shè)備改造、配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、配網(wǎng)信息系統(tǒng)、配網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)、分布式電源接入等方面提出了核心區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的具體建設(shè)方案。本文建立了相對(duì)完整的核心區(qū)智能配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)技術(shù)理論體系,,為城市核心區(qū)的智能配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)提供一定的參考價(jià)值和理論支持。
[Abstract]:The core area is the political, economic and cultural center of the city, as well as the load center of the distribution network. The existing distribution network in the urban core area can no longer meet the needs of economic growth, can not adapt to a large number of access to distributed power sources, and can not meet the needs of people for high power supply reliability. Therefore, the construction structure is perfect and the technology is leading. The modern smart distribution network, which is highly effective and interactive, is the strategic deployment urgently needed by power grid enterprises. Based on the construction and transformation project of the intelligent distribution network in the core area of Baoding City, this paper systematically studies the planning and construction of the intelligent distribution network in the core area of Baoding City. Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the distribution network in the core area of Baoding City, The planning objectives, construction and transformation principles of the intelligent distribution network in the core area are put forward, with emphasis on the optimization of the network structure, the transformation of the equipment, the distribution automation system, the distribution network information system, the distribution network communication system, the distribution network information system and the distribution network communication system. In this paper, the concrete construction scheme of the distribution network in the core area is put forward in the aspects of the access of the distributed power supply, and a relatively complete theory system of the construction technology of the intelligent distribution network in the core area is established in this paper. It provides some reference value and theoretical support for the construction of smart distribution network in urban core area.
