【摘要】:隨著電動(dòng)汽車的發(fā)展和大型電動(dòng)汽車充電站的建設(shè)與應(yīng)用,充電站大負(fù)荷充放電過程對智能電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的影響日益明顯;贗EC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn),特別是面向?qū)ο蠼5姆椒ㄅc特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合電動(dòng)汽車充電站電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測裝置,分析了IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中適用于電動(dòng)汽車充電站的內(nèi)容,提出了電動(dòng)汽車充電站電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測IED新的功能要求,建立了符合IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的新模型,保證了在智能電網(wǎng)中電動(dòng)汽車充電站電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測IED信息的自由傳輸,為掌控電動(dòng)汽車充電站對電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的影響提供了必要的技術(shù)支持
[Abstract]:With the development of electric vehicles and the construction and application of charging stations for large electric vehicles, the influence of charging and discharging process of charging stations on the power quality of smart grid is becoming more and more obvious. Based on the IEC61850 standard, especially the method and characteristics of object-oriented modeling, the charging and discharging process of charging stations is becoming more and more important. Combined with electric vehicle charging station power quality monitoring device, this paper analyzes the content of IEC61850 standard suitable for electric vehicle charging station, puts forward the new functional requirements of electric vehicle charging station power quality monitoring IED, and establishes a new model that accords with IEC61850 standard. It ensures the free transmission of IED information of electric vehicle charging station monitoring power quality in smart grid, and provides the necessary technical support for controlling the influence of electric vehicle charging station on power quality of power grid.
