40.5kV環(huán)保型氣體絕緣開(kāi)關(guān)柜氣室結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:尋找1種可杜絕或減少SF6氣體使用的環(huán)保型氣體絕緣開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)成為國(guó)內(nèi)外同行關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。為此,理論分析了幾種SF6替代氣體作為氣體絕緣開(kāi)關(guān)柜(C-GIS)絕緣介質(zhì)的可行性,基于仿真軟件進(jìn)行了40.5 k V C-GIS氣室3維建模和電場(chǎng)仿真,針對(duì)仿真結(jié)果中電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度較為集中的部位進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。利用COMSOL計(jì)算了額定工作條件下氣室內(nèi)的導(dǎo)體溫升情況,對(duì)比了充入替代混合氣體時(shí)與純SF6氣體時(shí)氣室的氣流場(chǎng)與溫度場(chǎng)分布,驗(yàn)證了開(kāi)關(guān)柜氣室散熱效果。仿真結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化后氣室內(nèi)最大電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度由8.24 MV/m降至5.00 MV/m以下,充入氣壓為0.15 MPa的SF6(體積分?jǐn)?shù)為30%)和N2(體積分?jǐn)?shù)為70%)混合氣體的氣室內(nèi)部最高溫度為67℃,略高于充入純SF6氣體的氣室;诜抡娼Y(jié)果搭建了簡(jiǎn)易氣室工裝并對(duì)它進(jìn)行了耐壓和溫升測(cè)試,氣室施加215/185 k V雷電沖擊電壓時(shí)無(wú)閃絡(luò)擊穿,1.1倍額定電流下氣室溫升符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,證明上述混合氣體作為開(kāi)關(guān)柜絕緣介質(zhì)可滿足電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度和散熱特性的要求。
[Abstract]:To find a kind of environment-friendly gas insulated switchgear which can eliminate or reduce the use of SF6 gas has become a hot spot of domestic and foreign peers. Therefore, the feasibility of several kinds of SF6 alternative gases as insulating dielectric for gas insulated switchgear is analyzed theoretically. Based on the simulation software, the three-dimensional modeling and electric field simulation of 40.5 kV C-GIS gas chamber are carried out. The structure of the gas chamber with concentrated electric field intensity in the simulation results is optimized. The conductor temperature rise in the gas chamber under rated working conditions is calculated by COMSOL. The air flow field and temperature field distribution of the gas chamber when the mixture is filled with the substitute gas is compared with that of the pure SF6 gas, and the heat dissipation effect of the switchgear chamber is verified. The simulation results show that the maximum electric field intensity of the gas chamber decreases from 8.24 MV/m to less than 5.00 MV/m after the optimization.
