典型非線性負(fù)荷接入電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量特性分析與評(píng)估

【摘要】:隨著非線性負(fù)荷以及間歇性新能源大量接入電網(wǎng),電能質(zhì)量問題一直是近些年來供用電雙方所關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。深入了解不同非線性負(fù)荷的電能質(zhì)量特性,進(jìn)行非線性負(fù)荷接入電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量評(píng)估,可為電力公司對(duì)負(fù)荷的管理以及制定相應(yīng)的治理措施提供依據(jù)。 在典型非線性負(fù)荷的電能質(zhì)量特性方面,本文主要研究了五類在電網(wǎng)中常見的典型非線性負(fù)荷,包括化工整流負(fù)荷、軋機(jī)、電弧爐、中頻爐和電氣化鐵路牽引負(fù)荷。從負(fù)荷特性情況、主要電能質(zhì)量問題及補(bǔ)償治理方案三方面進(jìn)行分析,給出了各類負(fù)荷電能質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的計(jì)算方法,以及五類負(fù)荷所產(chǎn)生的特征諧波含有率的建議取值。對(duì)于電氣化鐵路牽引負(fù)荷,針對(duì)機(jī)車速度對(duì)諧波含量的影響,將典型車型的速度與諧波含量間關(guān)系進(jìn)行擬合,給出了擬合后的函數(shù)關(guān)系式。對(duì)于軋機(jī)負(fù)荷的補(bǔ)償,綜合考慮補(bǔ)償效果、投資成本、無功變化情況以及負(fù)荷情況四個(gè)方面因素,給出相應(yīng)的軋機(jī)諧波補(bǔ)償和治理方案選取方法。 在非線性負(fù)荷干擾性綜合評(píng)估方面,借鑒對(duì)系統(tǒng)側(cè)的電能質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)估方法對(duì)負(fù)荷的干擾性進(jìn)行評(píng)估,先基于層次分析法(AHP)與DS證據(jù)理論求取各指標(biāo)對(duì)電網(wǎng)影響程度的權(quán)重值,并針對(duì)其主觀性強(qiáng)的缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),淡化了算法中的人為主觀性,同時(shí)使計(jì)算過程得到簡(jiǎn)化;再將指標(biāo)權(quán)重結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法給出非線性負(fù)荷與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)負(fù)荷間的關(guān)聯(lián)度,以關(guān)聯(lián)度的大小來表示負(fù)荷對(duì)于電網(wǎng)的干擾程度。
[Abstract]:With nonlinear load and intermittent new energy connected to power grid, power quality problem has been the focus of attention of both power supply and power supply in recent years. The power quality assessment of the nonlinear load connected to the power network can provide the basis for the power company to manage the load and formulate the corresponding treatment measures. In the aspect of power quality characteristic of typical nonlinear load, this paper mainly studies five kinds of typical nonlinear load, including chemical rectifier load, rolling mill, arc furnace, etc. The traction load of intermediate frequency furnace and electrified railway is analyzed from three aspects: load characteristic, main power quality problem and compensation treatment scheme, and the calculation method of various load power quality indexes is given. For the traction load of electrified railway, according to the influence of locomotive speed on harmonic content, the relationship between typical vehicle speed and harmonic content is fitted. The fitting function relation is given. Four factors, compensation effect, investment cost, reactive power change and load condition, are considered synthetically for the load compensation of rolling mill, and the corresponding selection method of harmonic compensation and treatment scheme for rolling mill is given. In the aspect of nonlinear load disturbance comprehensive evaluation, the power quality comprehensive evaluation method on the system side is used to evaluate the disturbance of load. First, based on AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) and DS evidence theory, the weight value of the influence degree of each index on the power network is calculated, and its subjective disadvantage is improved, the artificial subjectivity in the algorithm is desalinated, and the calculation process is simplified. Then the correlation degree between nonlinear load and standard load is given by combining index weight with grey correlation analysis. The magnitude of correlation degree is used to express the interference degree of load to power network.
