【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)直接面向電力用戶,其建設(shè)發(fā)展水平直接影響電力供應(yīng)的質(zhì)量。目前,我國(guó)配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平與先進(jìn)國(guó)家相比還存在著一定差距,因而加強(qiáng)配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)刻不容緩。配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)工作,所制定的規(guī)劃方案將直接確定配電網(wǎng)的未來(lái)發(fā)展規(guī)模和技術(shù)水平。配電網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)化作為配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵支撐技術(shù),近些年來(lái)受到電力專家和電力公司的廣泛關(guān)注。一方面是通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)化,能夠找出并消除現(xiàn)狀配電網(wǎng)和規(guī)劃配電網(wǎng)中存在的漏洞與缺陷,有利于提高電力設(shè)備利用率和節(jié)約資源,并能夠影響配電網(wǎng)的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向;另一方面通過(guò)對(duì)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的評(píng)價(jià),能夠更加明確未來(lái)配電網(wǎng)在供電能力、供電可靠性和線損水平等方面能夠達(dá)到的水平,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案論證具有重要意義。本文根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的要求,較全面地研究了配電網(wǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)化方法,主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)較全面地介紹了當(dāng)前常用的配電網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)理論方法,并對(duì)相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)效果和評(píng)價(jià)流程進(jìn)行了深入分析。 (2)根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)目的并結(jié)合實(shí)際規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),綜合運(yùn)用AHP、德?tīng)柗品ê湍:`屬度函數(shù),提出了一種新的配電網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)體系和優(yōu)化方法。所提評(píng)價(jià)體系從上級(jí)電源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)水平、負(fù)荷供應(yīng)能力和裝備技術(shù)水平四個(gè)方面對(duì)配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)根據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)導(dǎo)則以及領(lǐng)域?qū)<医?jīng)驗(yàn),,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系中定義的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)給出評(píng)分。論文將所提評(píng)價(jià)體系和優(yōu)化方法應(yīng)用于某地區(qū)現(xiàn)狀配電網(wǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化,闡明了評(píng)價(jià)體系的應(yīng)用流程,所給出的評(píng)分與規(guī)劃方案解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題高度一致,表明了所提評(píng)價(jià)體系在邏輯上的正確性和優(yōu)化方法的有效性。 (3)針對(duì)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的評(píng)價(jià)需要,將供電可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)加入所提評(píng)價(jià)體系,提出了完整的適用于規(guī)劃方案評(píng)價(jià)的配電網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)體系。論文詳細(xì)介紹了該評(píng)價(jià)體系及其主要指標(biāo)的計(jì)算方法。本文所提完整評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的評(píng)價(jià)比較全面且易于實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Distribution network is directly oriented to power users, and its construction and development level directly affects the quality of power supply. At present, there is still a certain gap between China's distribution network development level and advanced countries. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of distribution network. Distribution network planning is the basic work for the development and construction of distribution network. The planning scheme will directly determine the future development scale and technical level of the distribution network. The evaluation and optimization of the distribution network are the key supporting technologies for the distribution network planning. In recent years, power experts and power companies have been widely concerned. On the one hand, through evaluation and optimization, we can find and eliminate the existing loopholes and defects in the current distribution network and the distribution network planning. It can improve the utilization ratio of power equipment and save resources, and can influence the future development direction of distribution network. On the other hand, through the evaluation of distribution network planning scheme, it can be more clear about the power supply capacity of future distribution network. The level of power supply reliability and line loss is of great significance to the demonstration of distribution network planning. According to the requirements of distribution network planning, this paper comprehensively studies the evaluation and optimization methods of distribution network, the main contents of which are as follows:. In this paper, the theory and method of distribution network evaluation are introduced in detail, and the related evaluation results and flow are analyzed deeply. 2) according to the purpose of evaluation and practical planning experience, a new evaluation system and optimization method for distribution network are put forward, which are based on AHP, Delphi method and fuzzy membership function. The proposed evaluation system is based on higher power supply and network structure level. Load supply capacity and equipment technical level are analyzed in four aspects, at the same time, according to the relevant technical guidelines and expert experience in the field, The evaluation system and optimization method are applied to the evaluation and optimization of distribution network in a certain area, and the application flow of the evaluation system is expounded. The score given is highly consistent with the technical problems solved by the planning scheme, which shows the logical correctness of the proposed evaluation system and the effectiveness of the optimization method. (3) to meet the needs of the evaluation of distribution network planning scheme, the reliability and economic indexes of power supply are added to the proposed evaluation system. A complete distribution network evaluation system suitable for planning scheme evaluation is proposed. The evaluation system and the calculation method of its main indexes are introduced in detail. The evaluation ratio of the complete evaluation system to the distribution network planning scheme proposed in this paper is introduced in detail. More comprehensive and easy to implement.
