基于Zigbee技術(shù)的大功率LED路燈監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:LED作為一種新型綠色光源,具有節(jié)能、壽命長(zhǎng)、方便監(jiān)控等特點(diǎn),已廣泛應(yīng)用在路燈上。LED路燈的智能化控制也成為研究熱點(diǎn),電力載波技術(shù)、Zigbee技術(shù)等都被應(yīng)用于LED路燈的控制和管理中。電力線載波通過市電電線就可以傳輸數(shù)據(jù),方便快捷,但也存在傳送范圍短、信號(hào)損失大、脈沖干擾嚴(yán)重等缺點(diǎn),而Zigbee技術(shù)具有能耗低、成本低、易控制等特點(diǎn),所以Zigbee和無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)成為了該領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。 本文首先從LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源的效率轉(zhuǎn)換入手,因半橋LLC諧振變換器具有開關(guān)損耗低、效率高等優(yōu)勢(shì),故選取其作為驅(qū)動(dòng)電源的主電路。本論文深入研究了半橋LLC諧振變換器各個(gè)工作模態(tài)的原理,并對(duì)各工作模態(tài)進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證。并結(jié)合有源功率因數(shù)校正技術(shù),根據(jù)實(shí)際工程參數(shù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一款200W的LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)電源。 其次,以Zigbee技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)了無線智能路燈監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本文詳細(xì)分析了Zigbee的組網(wǎng)技術(shù)和協(xié)議棧體系結(jié)構(gòu),以TI公司的CC2530為核心,設(shè)計(jì)了電流、溫度、光敏傳感器電路,,并開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的下位機(jī)與上位機(jī),分別有PC端上位機(jī)和安卓端上位機(jī)。 本文所研究的內(nèi)容來源于校企合作項(xiàng)目:高可靠LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究(D8114260)。最終對(duì)整個(gè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性與性能測(cè)試,驅(qū)動(dòng)電源擁有92%的效率和0.96以上的PF值,實(shí)現(xiàn)了初級(jí)開關(guān)管的ZVS和次級(jí)整流二極管的ZCS,輸出電流恒定,電壓紋波極小;基于Zigbee技術(shù)的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了電流、溫度、光強(qiáng)的檢測(cè)和PWM調(diào)光,其結(jié)果符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:As a new type of green light source, LED has the characteristics of energy saving, long life, convenient monitoring and so on. It has been widely used in the intelligent control of streetlights. Zigbee technology has been used in the control and management of LED street lamp. Power line carrier can transmit data through electric wire, which is convenient and fast, but it also has some disadvantages, such as short transmission range, large signal loss, serious pulse interference and so on. Zigbee technology has the characteristics of low energy consumption, low cost, easy to control, so Zigbee and wireless sensor network technology has become a research hotspot in this field. This paper starts with the efficiency conversion of LED drive power supply, because the half-bridge LLC resonant converter has the advantages of low switching loss and high efficiency. Therefore, it is chosen as the main circuit of driving power supply. In this paper, the principle of each mode of half-bridge LLC resonant converter is deeply studied, and the simulation of each mode is carried out, and the active power factor correction technology is combined. According to the requirements of practical engineering parameters, a 200 W LED street lamp driving power supply is designed. Secondly, based on the Zigbee technology, the wireless intelligent street lamp monitoring system is designed. The network technology and protocol stack architecture of Zigbee are analyzed in detail. The current, temperature and Guang Min sensor circuits are designed with TI's CC2530 as the core. The corresponding lower computer and upper computer are developed, including PC and Android respectively. The content of this paper comes from the cooperation project of school and enterprise: the key technology of high reliability LED driver power supply D8114260. Finally, the stability and performance of the whole monitoring system are tested. The driving power supply has 92% efficiency and 0.96 PF value. The ZVS of the primary switch and the secondary rectifier diode are realized, the output current is constant and the voltage ripple is very small. The monitoring system based on Zigbee technology realizes the detection of current, temperature and intensity of light and the dimming of PWM, and the results meet the design requirements.
