基于信號能量譜特征的局部放電故障識別方法及其系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為解決傳統(tǒng)超高頻(ultra-high frequency,UHF)法實(shí)現(xiàn)局部放電(partial discharge,PD)故障模式識別對采樣頻率、傳輸帶寬和處理速度要求苛刻的困難,提出一種基于信號能量譜特征的局部放電故障識別新方法。該方法通過提取局部放電超高頻電磁波信號在不同頻段的能量值,構(gòu)建能量譜序列作為模式識別判據(jù),能夠有效降低局放信號對采樣頻率、傳輸帶寬和處理速度的要求。其次通過5種典型空氣絕緣缺陷局部放電試驗獲得了模式識別的初步判據(jù),驗證了該方法的有效性;基于該方法,應(yīng)用射頻理論構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的信號處理系統(tǒng),并再次通過局部放電試驗構(gòu)建了基于此系統(tǒng)的模式識別判斷依據(jù),最后通過驗證性試驗證明該系統(tǒng)的識別正確率基本達(dá)到90%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the traditional ultra-high frequency UHF (UHF) method for partial partial discharge (PD) fault pattern recognition requires harsh sampling frequency, transmission bandwidth and processing speed. A new method of partial discharge fault identification based on the characteristics of signal energy spectrum is proposed. By extracting the energy value of UHF electromagnetic wave signal in different frequency band, the energy spectrum sequence is constructed as the criterion of pattern recognition. It can effectively reduce the requirement of sampling frequency, transmission bandwidth and processing speed for partial discharge signals. Secondly, through the partial discharge tests of five typical air insulation defects, a preliminary criterion of pattern recognition is obtained, which verifies the effectiveness of this method. Based on this method, the corresponding signal processing system is constructed by using radio frequency theory, and the pattern recognition judgment basis based on this system is constructed through partial discharge test. Finally, it is proved by confirmatory test that the recognition accuracy of the system is 90%.
