基于主數(shù)據(jù)管理的電網(wǎng)調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)整合

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)調(diào)度信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)是調(diào)度運(yùn)行控制和調(diào)度運(yùn)行管理等各類子系統(tǒng)的總集,各子系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一和共享是智能調(diào)度信息化的重要基石。當(dāng)前,由于調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn),各子系統(tǒng)存在模型不統(tǒng)一、數(shù)據(jù)集成共享困難的難題,因此,有必要通過數(shù)據(jù)整合的技術(shù)方法建立一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)。此外,調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)具有Volume(大量)、Velocity(高速)、Variety(多樣)、Value(價(jià)值)的大數(shù)據(jù)4V特征,如何從大數(shù)據(jù)中挖掘出有價(jià)值信息,為調(diào)度輔助決策服務(wù),也是數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用方面的重大課題。 本文運(yùn)用企業(yè)信息資源規(guī)劃方法對(duì)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度領(lǐng)域的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)及其模型進(jìn)行了研究,分析了調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)資源的總體情況和電網(wǎng)調(diào)度信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu),歸納總結(jié)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,指出了實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)整合面臨的技術(shù)難題及相應(yīng)的解決思路。 本文基于主數(shù)據(jù)管理原理和方法,提出調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)整合的關(guān)鍵是實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)度主數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一管理,相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)包括:數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)象的統(tǒng)一編碼技術(shù)、基于主數(shù)據(jù)管理的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一建模和維護(hù)機(jī)制、數(shù)據(jù)模型的服務(wù)發(fā)布機(jī)制。最后,提出了與數(shù)據(jù)整合平臺(tái)建設(shè)相應(yīng)的配套管控措施,包括數(shù)據(jù)資源管理的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相應(yīng)的管理制度,用于規(guī)范調(diào)度信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)工作和數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)維。
[Abstract]:Power grid dispatching information technology system is the total collection of all kinds of subsystems, such as dispatching operation control and dispatching operation management. The data unification and sharing among each subsystem is the important cornerstone of intelligent dispatching information. At present, because of the complex characteristics of dispatching business, There is a difficult problem of data integration and sharing in different subsystems. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified data sharing platform through the technical method of data integration. Scheduling data has the big data 4V characteristic of Volume-Velocity.How to excavate valuable information from big data and serve for dispatching auxiliary decision, it is also an important subject in data application. In this paper, the enterprise information resource planning method is used to study the service data and its model in the field of power grid dispatching, and the general situation of the dispatching service data resources and the data structure of the power grid dispatching information technology system are analyzed. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of power dispatching information technology system, and points out the technical problems and corresponding solutions to realize data integration. Based on the principle and method of master data management, this paper puts forward that the key of scheduling data integration is to realize the unified management of scheduling master data. The related key technologies include: unified coding technology of data object, The unified modeling and maintenance mechanism of data based on master data management, the service publishing mechanism of data model. Finally, the corresponding management and control measures corresponding to the construction of data integration platform are put forward. It includes the technical standard of data resource management and the corresponding management system, which is used to standardize the construction of information technology system and the operation and maintenance of data.
