【摘要】：正在當(dāng)今信息時代,知識已成為企業(yè)最核心的競爭力,而檔案尤其是大型企業(yè)的檔案信息資源,是企業(yè)知識資源的重要組成部分。檔案管理和知識管理在管理對象、管理目的、管理方式和管理內(nèi)容上存在一定的相似性,同時也存在一定的差異性。檔案管理注重檔案的保存、積累,而知識管理則更側(cè)重于隱形知識向顯性知識的轉(zhuǎn)換、知識的組織、分享和應(yīng)用。由此可見,檔案管理可以更好的將知識固化和共享,而知識管理也為檔案管理提供了新的視角,拓展了檔案工作的
[Abstract]:In today's information age, knowledge has become the core competitiveness of enterprises, and archives, especially archives information resources of large enterprises, are an important part of enterprise knowledge resources. There are some similarities and differences in management methods and contents. Archives management pays attention to the preservation and accumulation of archives, while knowledge management focuses on the transformation of hidden knowledge to explicit knowledge, and the organization of knowledge. It can be seen that archives management can better solidify and share knowledge, and knowledge management also provides a new perspective for file management, expanding the archives work
