基于WIFI的室內(nèi)LED照明系統(tǒng)終端的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展智慧城市、智能家居等概念已被越來越多的人所熟知。本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于WIFI的室內(nèi)LED照明系統(tǒng)就是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)重要成果之一。整個系統(tǒng)主要由手機(jī)客戶端和系統(tǒng)控制終端兩部分組成:其中,手機(jī)客戶端用來實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶需求的界面功能,系統(tǒng)控制終端一方面用于實(shí)現(xiàn)對LED燈的基本操作,如開燈、關(guān)燈、調(diào)光、密碼修改等;另一方面則用于實(shí)現(xiàn)WIFI設(shè)備基本參數(shù)修改功能,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)名稱、密碼等。 本文重點(diǎn)研究內(nèi)容為系統(tǒng)終端WIFI通信及ATmega8單片機(jī)控制功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。系統(tǒng)終端主要由三個部分組成:WIFI無線通信模塊RT5350、ATmega8單片機(jī)、可調(diào)光LED恒流驅(qū)動器。其中,,WIFI無線收發(fā)模塊主要負(fù)責(zé)手機(jī)客戶端與系統(tǒng)終端單片機(jī)控制設(shè)備間的數(shù)據(jù)交換功能,是用戶和LED燈之間實(shí)現(xiàn)無線通信的橋梁。系統(tǒng)的控制部分是交由ATmega8單片機(jī)來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,其作用是處理系統(tǒng)終端通過WIFI模塊接收過來的具體指令信息,即對數(shù)據(jù)包中的相應(yīng)命令進(jìn)行解析并執(zhí)行?烧{(diào)光LED恒流驅(qū)動器是由AC-DC恒壓源和帶有PWM調(diào)光功能的恒流源組成,是終端LED燈、WIFI模塊、ATmega8單片機(jī)的供電設(shè)備。 最后,通過WIFI模塊和ATmega8單片機(jī)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的無線收發(fā)與控制的過程,并分別對系統(tǒng)整體通信性能和LED恒流驅(qū)動性能進(jìn)行了全面測試。測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸穩(wěn)定,反應(yīng)靈敏,具有較好的信息交換效應(yīng),能夠達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的最終要求。另外,LED驅(qū)動器功率因數(shù)(PF)、效率()、輸出電壓(Vo)、輸出電流(Io)等也均能達(dá)到事先預(yù)定的指標(biāo),電路工作穩(wěn)定,使用正常。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet of things technology, intelligent cities, The concept of smart home has been known by more and more people. The indoor LED lighting system based on WIFI is one of the important achievements of the Internet of things industry. The whole system is mainly composed of mobile phone client and system control terminal. On the one hand, the system control terminal is used to realize the basic operation of LED lamp, such as turning on light, turning off light, dimming light, modifying password and so on. On the other hand, it is used to modify the basic parameters of WIFI device, such as network name, password and so on. This paper focuses on the realization process of WIFI communication and the control function of ATmega8 MCU. The system terminal consists of three parts: RT5350ATmega8 single chip microcomputer, the wireless communication module RT5350and ATmega8, which is composed of three parts. Tunable LED constant current driver. The WiFi wireless transceiver module is mainly responsible for the data exchange function between the mobile phone client and the system terminal MCU control device. It is a bridge between user and LED lamp to realize wireless communication. The control part of the system is realized by ATmega8 single chip computer. Its function is to process the specific instruction information received by the system terminal through WIFI module. The tunable LED constant current driver is composed of AC-DC constant voltage source and constant current source with PWM dimming function. It is the power supply equipment of terminal LED lamp wifi module and ATmega8 single chip microcomputer. Finally, the wireless transceiver and control process of the system data is realized successfully by WIFI module and ATmega8 single chip microcomputer. The overall communication performance of the system and the constant current drive performance of LED are tested respectively. The test results show that the system is stable in data transmission, sensitive in response and has good information exchange effect. In addition, the power factor, efficiency, output voltage and output current of the LED driver can reach the predetermined target, the circuit is stable and in normal use.
