【摘要】:對(duì)通過分級(jí)省煤器改造來提高超臨界鍋爐低負(fù)荷工況下脫硝系統(tǒng)投運(yùn)率的改造案例進(jìn)行了研究。通過持續(xù)2個(gè)月的運(yùn)行監(jiān)控表明,運(yùn)用分級(jí)省煤器改造來保證低負(fù)荷工況下NOx的持續(xù)超低排放、脫硝系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定投運(yùn)方案切實(shí)可行,且鍋爐排煙溫度進(jìn)一步降低,為目前國內(nèi)眾多采用SCR工藝進(jìn)行煙氣脫硝的電廠升級(jí)改造提供了可靠的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A case study on improving the operation rate of denitrification system under the condition of low load of supercritical boiler through the retrofit of classifying economizer is carried out. The results of operation monitoring for 2 months show that, The classification economizer is used to guarantee the continuous ultra-low emission of NOx under low load condition, the safe and stable operation scheme of denitrification system is feasible, and the boiler exhaust gas temperature is further reduced. It provides a reliable reference for the upgrading and renovation of many power plants with flue gas denitrification using SCR process.
