【摘要】:鑒于太陽電池過程式模型在重用性、層次性及參數(shù)化等方面的不足,采用面向?qū)ο蟮年愂鍪浇7椒?基于面向?qū)ο蟮奈锢斫UZ言Modelica,在建模仿真平臺MWorks上建立易于修改、重用和擴(kuò)充的太陽電池等效電路模型,該模型與等效電路保持拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)上的一致。為提高太陽電池模型的I-V曲線計算的準(zhǔn)確度,提出采用數(shù)值法對模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,與以往分析法結(jié)果對比表明,該方法能更好地保證整個端電壓范圍太陽電池模型的特性曲線與實驗數(shù)據(jù)保持很好的吻合度,測例的平均相對誤差為1.67%。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of reusability, hierarchy and parameterization of the process model of solar cell, the object-oriented declarative modeling method is adopted. Based on the object-oriented physical modeling language Modelica, it is easy to modify on the modeling and simulation platform MWorks. The reused and extended equivalent circuit model of solar cell is consistent with the equivalent circuit in topological structure. In order to improve the accuracy of I-V curve calculation of solar cell model, a numerical method is proposed to calibrate the parameters of the model. Compared with the previous analysis results, this method can better ensure that the characteristic curve of the solar cell model in the whole terminal voltage range keeps a good agreement with the experimental data, and the average relative error of the test example is 1.67.
