750kV氧化鋅避雷器帶電測試研究

【摘要】:氧化鋅避雷器具有優(yōu)良的非線性和大通流容量的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在電力系統(tǒng)各電壓等級的輸變電設(shè)備上廣泛應(yīng)用。設(shè)備狀況健康的氧化鋅避雷器對輸變電設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行能夠起到很好的保護(hù)作用,相反閥片老化或受潮的氧化鋅避雷器不僅無法保護(hù)設(shè)備運(yùn)行,還嚴(yán)重影響著系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定性。現(xiàn)場通常采取測試方式較靈活的帶電測試以縮短測試周期、提高測試效率,彌補(bǔ)停電測試的不足。特別是對750kV設(shè)備,電壓等級高,現(xiàn)場電磁環(huán)境復(fù)雜,干擾強(qiáng),氧化鋅避雷器在帶電測試過程中受到的外部干擾比低電壓等級設(shè)備嚴(yán)重得多,有時(shí)無法準(zhǔn)確測得泄漏電流的阻性分量,難以真實(shí)反映避雷器的性能。本文以高電壓理論為基礎(chǔ),分析影響帶電測試結(jié)果的因素,找出影響氧化鋅避雷器帶電測試結(jié)果的主要和敏感性因素,針對本地區(qū)750kV氧化鋅避雷器帶電測試情況,進(jìn)行合理的分析和思考,改進(jìn)電壓信號獲取方式和信號傳輸方式,使用感應(yīng)板法或直接從電容式電壓互感器末屏接地端獲取電壓信號,使用無線高頻信號避免了有線傳輸過程中信號因強(qiáng)電磁干擾失真,減少了大量的放收線工作,提高測試過程的安全性、測試的準(zhǔn)確率和測試效率。便于科學(xué)全面的分析數(shù)據(jù),及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確發(fā)現(xiàn)750kV氧化鋅避雷器內(nèi)部缺陷。
[Abstract]:Zinc oxide arrester has the advantages of good nonlinearity and large current capacity. Widely used in transmission and transformation equipment of various voltage levels in power system. The zinc oxide arrester, which is in a healthy condition, can play a good protective role in the normal operation of the transmission and transformation equipment. On the contrary, the aging or dampened zinc oxide arresters not only can not protect the operation of the equipment, but also seriously affect the safety and stability of the system. Especially for 750kV equipment, the voltage grade is high, the field electromagnetic environment is complex, the interference is strong, and the external interference of zinc oxide arrester is much more serious than that of low-voltage equipment in the process of live test. Sometimes the resistive component of leakage current can not be accurately measured, and it is difficult to truly reflect the performance of arrester. Based on the theory of high voltage, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the results of live test. To find out the main and sensitive factors that affect the test results of zinc oxide arrester, and to improve the voltage signal acquisition method and signal transmission mode by reasonable analysis and thinking on the 750kV zinc oxide arrester live test in our area. By using induction plate method or directly obtaining voltage signal from the earthing end of terminal screen of capacitive voltage transformer, the use of wireless high frequency signal can avoid the distortion of signal in the process of wire transmission because of strong electromagnetic interference, and reduce a large amount of work of unwinding line. The safety of the test process, the accuracy and efficiency of the test are improved. It is convenient to analyze the data scientifically and comprehensively, and to find the internal defects of the 750kV zinc oxide arrester in time and accurately.
