330MW機(jī)組電動(dòng)給水泵改汽動(dòng)給水泵的研究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:鍋爐給水泵是火力發(fā)電機(jī)組的重要輔機(jī),國(guó)內(nèi)常用的給水泵驅(qū)動(dòng)方式主要有小汽輪機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)及液力耦合器調(diào)速電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)兩種,如何比較這兩種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式的經(jīng)濟(jì)性一直存在爭(zhēng)議。本文對(duì)330MW機(jī)組給水泵在電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)和汽輪機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)兩種不同驅(qū)動(dòng)方式下,機(jī)組的主要熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了比較分析,論證了對(duì)330MW機(jī)組給水泵由電動(dòng)改為汽動(dòng)的可行性。對(duì)海勃灣發(fā)電廠(chǎng)330MW機(jī)組采用小汽輪機(jī)拖動(dòng)給水泵進(jìn)行了熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性對(duì)比試驗(yàn),給出了330MW機(jī)組進(jìn)行汽動(dòng)給水泵改造的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與建議。結(jié)果表明,330MW機(jī)組給水泵驅(qū)動(dòng)改為小汽輪機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),熱經(jīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)性與電驅(qū)動(dòng)方式基本持平,但改造后相當(dāng)于增加了機(jī)組容量,因此,具有很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Boiler feed water pump is an important auxiliary unit of thermal power generating set. There are mainly two kinds of driving ways of feed water pump in China: small steam turbine drive and hydraulic coupler speed regulating motor drive. How to compare the economic efficiency of these two driving modes has always been controversial. This paper compares and analyzes the main thermal economic indexes of feed water pump of 330 MW unit under two different driving modes: motor drive and steam turbine drive. The feasibility of changing the feed water pump of 330 MW unit from electric to steam is demonstrated. The comparison test of heat economy of 330 MW unit driven by small steam turbine in Haibo Bay Power Plant is carried out. The experience and suggestion of retrofitting steam feed water pump for 330 MW unit are given. The result shows that the feed pump drive of 330MW unit is changed to small steam turbine drive, and the heat economy is basically equal to the electric drive mode, but the capacity of the unit is increased after the retrofit. It has great economic and practical value.
