基于MATLAB的中頻感應(yīng)爐諧波仿真研究

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)的主要任務(wù)是為用戶提供高效的電能。通常電力系統(tǒng)中對(duì)諧波含量都提出了一定的要求,中頻感應(yīng)爐作為電力系統(tǒng)中的非線性負(fù)荷,在使用過程中不可避免的產(chǎn)生諧波電流,影響了生產(chǎn)的正常運(yùn)行,因此對(duì)中頻感應(yīng)爐的諧波成分進(jìn)行研究具有非常重要的意義。 在諧波的治理過程中很多學(xué)者及研究人員一方面通過采用濾波裝置進(jìn)行電力系統(tǒng)中諧波的濾除,另一方面通過改造電力系統(tǒng)的電子設(shè)備從而使其產(chǎn)生的諧波含量為零。采用電力濾波設(shè)備進(jìn)行諧波的濾除是目前抑制諧波的主要措施,由電容器、電抗器及電阻組成的LC無源濾波器具有投資低、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、便于維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前成為諧波無功抑制的主要措施。有源濾波器能夠?qū)ψ兓闹C波進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的跟蹤補(bǔ)償且補(bǔ)償特性與電力系統(tǒng)阻抗無關(guān)。 隨著科技的發(fā)展和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用增加,很多智能化仿真軟件受到了研究人員的青睞,在諧波的研究中起到了重要作用,例如:PSCAD、 MATLAB仿真軟件,都能夠?qū)χC波進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的分析。本文針對(duì)整流變壓器型號(hào)為S9-1000/6的中頻感應(yīng)爐進(jìn)行了實(shí)際的諧波測(cè)試,采用MATLAB仿真軟件進(jìn)行了中頻感應(yīng)爐諧波分析,并通過加裝無源濾波器進(jìn)行了模型的優(yōu)化,仿真驗(yàn)證了所設(shè)計(jì)的無源濾波器諧波抑制性能。
[Abstract]:The main task of power system is to provide high efficiency electric energy for the user. Generally, the harmonic content in power system is required, and the intermediate frequency induction furnace is used as the nonlinear load in the power system. Harmonic current is inevitable in the process of use, which affects the normal operation of production. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the harmonic components of intermediate frequency induction furnace. In the process of harmonic control, many scholars and researchers use filter device to filter harmonics in power system. On the other hand, by transforming the electronic equipment of the power system to make the harmonic content of the power system zero, it is the main measure to restrain the harmonic by using the power filter equipment. The LC passive filter composed of reactor and resistor has the advantages of low investment, simple structure and easy maintenance. Active power filter (APF) can track and compensate the varying harmonics in real time and the compensation characteristics are independent of the impedance of power system. With the development of science and technology and the increasing application of computer technology in the field of industry, many intelligent simulation software have been favored by researchers and played an important role in harmonic research, such as MATLAB simulation software. This paper has carried on the actual harmonic test to the rectifier transformer type S9-1000 / 6 induction furnace, has carried on the if frequency induction furnace harmonic analysis by the MATLAB simulation software, has carried on the if frequency induction furnace harmonic analysis by the MATLAB simulation software, The model is optimized by adding a passive filter, and the harmonic suppression performance of the designed passive filter is verified by simulation.
