【摘要】:雙極性高頻高壓方波電源是一種體積小,重量輕,精度高,動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)快,技術(shù)含量高的開關(guān)電源,這些也基本是這類電源的主要特點(diǎn),方波電源開關(guān)頻率在40kHz左右。目前,高頻高壓交流電源涉足到諸多領(lǐng)域,應(yīng)用前景十分廣泛,在科研試驗(yàn)方面應(yīng)用尤其突出,如:電力電纜、電力電容器耐壓試驗(yàn);靜電除塵;放電水處理等。對(duì)高頻高壓交流電源的研究有很多,但對(duì)雙極性高頻高壓方波源的研究卻是甚少。本文對(duì)雙極性高頻高壓方波源的基本工作原理、電路結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,旨在研制一臺(tái)頻率為100-100kHz可調(diào)、幅值10kV的雙極性高頻高壓方波源。本文主要介紹了典型高頻高壓方波電源的工作原理,該電源主要由幾部分組成,包括:整流電路、升壓斬波電路和高頻逆變電路等環(huán)節(jié),簡(jiǎn)單分析了全控型器件IGBT的工作原理和脈沖寬度調(diào)制技術(shù)的基本思想。據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)了高頻高壓方波電源實(shí)物,并利用PSIM仿真軟件對(duì)電源設(shè)計(jì)的主電路各部分如整流濾波電路、升壓斬波電路、逆變電路等做了詳細(xì)的仿真分析,重點(diǎn)為整流斬波電路增加負(fù)反饋穩(wěn)壓控制系統(tǒng),做出了電路優(yōu)化。最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)出的電路分兩部分進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)分析:逆變電路和帶反饋的整流穩(wěn)壓電路,其中針對(duì)逆變電路做出了能基本實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)要求的電路板,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的波形分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)制作基本的電路板結(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)驗(yàn)證基本滿足要求。
[Abstract]:Bipolar high frequency and high voltage square wave power supply is a kind of switching power supply with small volume, light weight, high precision, fast dynamic response and high technology content. These are also the main characteristics of this kind of power supply. The switching frequency of square wave power supply is about 40 kHz. High frequency and high voltage AC power supply is involved in many fields, and its application prospect is very extensive, especially in scientific research and test, such as: power cable, power capacitor withstand voltage test, electrostatic dusting; The research of high frequency and high voltage AC power supply is much, but the research of bipolar high frequency and high voltage square wave source is very few. In this paper, the basic working principle and circuit structure of bipolar high frequency and high voltage square wave source are analyzed. In order to develop a bipolar high-voltage square wave source with adjustable frequency 100-100kHz and 10kV amplitude, this paper mainly introduces the working principle of typical high-frequency high-voltage square wave power supply, which is mainly composed of several parts, including: rectifier circuit. In this paper, the working principle of full control device IGBT and the basic idea of pulse width modulation technology are simply analyzed in the aspects of boost chopper circuit and high frequency inverter circuit. Based on this, the high frequency and high voltage square wave power supply is designed. The main circuit of power supply design such as rectifier filter circuit, boost chopper circuit, inverter circuit and so on are simulated and analyzed in detail by using PSIM simulation software. The emphasis is that rectifier chopper circuit increases negative feedback voltage stabilizing control system. Finally, through the experimental method, the designed circuit is divided into two parts: the inverter circuit and the rectifier circuit with feedback. The circuit board which can basically realize the design requirement is made for the inverter circuit, and the related waveform analysis is carried out. The basic circuit board structure is made by experiment, and it is proved that the circuit board meets the requirements basically.
