660MW二次再熱機(jī)組回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)節(jié)能減排研究

【摘要】:以某在建660MW超臨界二次再熱機(jī)組回?zé)峒訜嵯到y(tǒng)為對(duì)象,采用損分布矩陣方程和單耗理論分析了不同負(fù)荷下各加熱器效率、損和附加煤耗的分布特征,依據(jù)《火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》討論了附加煤耗引起的污染物排放狀況。研究表明:該二次再熱機(jī)組高加側(cè)總損和總附加煤耗均高于低加側(cè),3號(hào)高加引起的能耗和污染物排放量最大,2號(hào)和4號(hào)高加外置蒸汽冷卻器效果明顯使其經(jīng)濟(jì)性顯著?傮w上,二次再熱機(jī)組高加側(cè)的效率高于一次再熱機(jī)組,而低加側(cè)恰相反。受蒸汽參數(shù)不同和結(jié)構(gòu)變化的影響,同負(fù)荷下兩種機(jī)組的損和附加煤耗分布的差異較大。100%負(fù)荷下,二次再熱機(jī)組回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)的附加煤耗及其引起的CO2、SO2、NOx和碳粉塵排放量分別為3.35g/(k W·h)、38 041.35t/a、1 045.03t/a、579.89t/a、10 515.50t/a。
[Abstract]:Taking the regenerative heating system of a 660MW supercritical secondary reheat unit under construction as an object, the distribution characteristics of heater efficiency, loss and additional coal consumption under different loads are analyzed by using the loss distribution matrix equation and the unit consumption theory. According to the Standard of Atmospheric Pollutant Emission in Thermal Power Plant, the pollutant emission caused by additional coal consumption is discussed. The results show that the total loss and total additional coal consumption of the secondary reheat unit are higher than those of the low additive side. The energy consumption and pollutant discharge are the largest, and the effect of high addition steam cooler No. 2 and No. 4 makes its economy remarkable. The efficiency of high side addition of secondary reheat unit is higher than that of primary reheat unit, but the low side is opposite. Under the influence of different steam parameters and structural changes, the loss and additional coal consumption distribution of the two units under the same load are different from each other by .100%. The additional coal consumption and the emission of CO _ 2o _ 2SO _ 2N _ x and carbon dust in the regenerative system of secondary reheat unit are 3.35 g / kg / kg W 路h ~ (-1), 38 041.35 t / a / a ~ 1 045.03 t / a / a ~ 579.89 t / a / a ~ (10 515.50) t / a, respectively.
