穩(wěn)態(tài)磁場交流阻抗測量系統(tǒng)及其電磁兼容研究

【摘要】:同時(shí)具有磁有序和鐵電有序的多鐵性材料具有廣泛的研究價(jià)值以及技術(shù)應(yīng)用前景。因此,此類材料的磁電耦合特性受到研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。另外,交流阻抗測量能夠探索材料內(nèi)部的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)以及導(dǎo)電機(jī)制,對磁電耦合特性材料的研究具有重要意義。因此設(shè)計(jì)并搭建了一個(gè)基于穩(wěn)態(tài)磁場的交流阻抗測量系統(tǒng),用以探索材料學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的相關(guān)問題。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 介紹交流阻抗測量的原理以及基本公式,在此基礎(chǔ)上給出介電常數(shù)的計(jì)算方法以及Cole-Cole圓的繪制方法。介紹測量系統(tǒng)的基本組成,給出各部分模塊及設(shè)備的連接方式、功能型號、性能參數(shù)。 逐一分析了在整個(gè)測量過程中遇到的問題,針對性地提出了樣品桿的設(shè)計(jì)方案。研究行駐波對測量結(jié)果的影響以及傳輸線參數(shù)的變化原理。討論精密阻抗分析儀的高頻補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)無法通過的原因以及解決方法。建立基于多導(dǎo)體模型的4+1傳輸線模型。在不同的屏蔽層假設(shè)條件下,計(jì)算了單位長度傳輸線的參數(shù)并針對測量系統(tǒng)提出預(yù)測。實(shí)際測量結(jié)果與預(yù)測吻合,驗(yàn)證了電路模型的正確性。最后,對模型進(jìn)行了電場與磁場仿真。 根據(jù)測量系統(tǒng)可能受到的電磁干擾途徑,將測量系統(tǒng)劃分為供電電源、精密阻抗分析儀、腔外傳輸線、樣品桿連接座、腔內(nèi)傳輸線、樣品座六個(gè)部分。將這六個(gè)部分的傳導(dǎo)干擾以及輻射干擾問題分別進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。針對共模、差模干擾問題以及開路、短路下的負(fù)載電路特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了干擾路徑建模以及公式推導(dǎo)。根據(jù)測量系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)給出檢測電磁干擾信號的方法以及測量信號的頻譜分析。詳細(xì)地介紹了屏蔽層的連接方法與樣品電極的制作方法與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。驗(yàn)證測量系統(tǒng)的電磁兼容可靠性。 結(jié)合硬件系統(tǒng)介紹了軟件系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu),分析了精密阻抗分析儀以及PPMS工作時(shí)的軟件運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),然后詳細(xì)介紹軟件系統(tǒng)中的存儲(chǔ)算法、數(shù)據(jù)通訊算法、數(shù)據(jù)同步算法。以程序界面為例展示軟件系統(tǒng)的使用方法以及運(yùn)行流程。 文章最后給出了基于頻率、磁場、溫度等物理量的測量數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)給出公式繪制出介電常數(shù)曲線和阻抗Cole-Cole圓,論證了測量系統(tǒng)的搭建效果,并對實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:At the same time with multiferroic materials with magnetic order and ferroelectric research value and wide application prospect of technology. Therefore, magnetoelectric coupling properties of these materials has attracted the attention of researchers. In addition, AC impedance measurement can explore the internal microstructure and conductive mechanism, it is important to study the magnetoelectric coupling properties of materials therefore, to design and build an AC impedance measurement system based on steady-state magnetic field, using the related issues to explore in the field of material science. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:
The principle and basic formula of AC impedance measurement are introduced. Based on that, the calculation method of dielectric constant and the drawing method of Cole-Cole circle are given. The basic composition of measurement system is introduced, and the connection modes, function models and performance parameters of each module and equipment are given.
Analyze the encounter in the whole measurement process problems, puts forward the design scheme of sample bar. Effects of traveling wave on the measurement results and the change of transmission line parameters of the principle. Discuss the causes of high frequency compensation calibration precision impedance analyzer cannot pass and solution. The establishment of 4+1 model based on multi conductor transmission line model. Assuming the shielding layer under different conditions, the calculation parameters of the unit length of the transmission line and the measurement system is presented to forecast. The actual measurement results are consistent with the prediction, show the correctness of the model. Finally, the model of the electric field and magnetic field simulation.
According to the way of electromagnetic interference measurement system may be the measurement system will be divided into power supply, precision impedance analyzer, transmission line cavity, the sample rod connecting seat, cavity transmission line, a sample of six parts. The six part will be conducted interference and radiated interference problems were studied in detail. According to the common mode. Differential mode interference and open circuit, short circuit of the load circuit, the interference path modeling and formula. According to the features of this method of signal detection of electromagnetic interference measurement system and spectrum measurement signal analysis. This paper introduces the method of making connection method and sample electrode shielding layer and the key technology of electromagnetic verification. The measurement system is compatible with reliability.
Introduces the structure of software system with hardware system, analyzes the precision impedance analyzer and the PPMS software running characteristics of the work, then the storage algorithm is presented in detail in the software system, data communication method, data synchronization algorithm. The program interface as an example to show the usage of the software system and operating processes.
At last, the measurement data based on frequency, magnetic field, temperature and other physical quantities are given. Based on the given formula, the dielectric constant curve and the impedance Cole-Cole circle are plotted. The effectiveness of the measurement system is demonstrated, and the experimental results are analyzed.
