【摘要】：我國(guó)目前是世界第一大能源消費(fèi)國(guó),而且對(duì)于能源的需求和依賴還將隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展而持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。電力行業(yè)是我國(guó)能源系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。電力行業(yè)最主要的構(gòu)成部分就是火力發(fā)電,作為微觀主體的火力發(fā)電企業(yè)在穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)電能的同時(shí),其發(fā)展也衍生出了許多問(wèn)題,如原料電煤利用率低、對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞嚴(yán)重等,使得經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與資源環(huán)境間的矛盾日益加劇。面對(duì)上述亟需解決的問(wèn)題所帶來(lái)的壓力,實(shí)行可持續(xù)發(fā)展是火力發(fā)電企業(yè)突破發(fā)展瓶頸的唯一出路。本文圍繞火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略展開研究。從火力發(fā)電企業(yè)自身的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者提出的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論;從火力發(fā)電企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和內(nèi)部環(huán)境兩方面對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,包括火力發(fā)電行業(yè)概況、企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀、火力發(fā)電企業(yè)資源現(xiàn)狀分析、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理分析、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)分析、人力資源管理分析、內(nèi)部現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者分析等方面;從政治和法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境四個(gè)方面對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析并結(jié)合五力分析模型對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析;根據(jù)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定的原則和可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的類型,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思路和目標(biāo)給予了明確的定位,制訂了火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略及具體措施,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);從組織、制度以及處理好五大關(guān)系等方面對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:China is currently the world's largest energy consumer, and the demand for and dependence on energy will continue to grow with the rapid development of the economy. The electric power industry is an important part of our energy system. The most important component of power industry is thermal power generation. Thermal power enterprises, as the microcosmic main body, produce electric energy stably, at the same time, many problems arise from the development of thermal power enterprises. For example, the low utilization rate of raw coal and serious damage to the ecological environment make the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment become more and more serious. In the face of the pressure brought about by the above problems, which need to be solved urgently, Sustainable development is the only way for thermal power enterprises to break through the bottleneck of development. The theories of sustainable development, sustainable development of enterprises, sustainable development of thermal power enterprises and strategic management of enterprises put forward by scholars at home and abroad are studied. This paper analyzes the internal environment of thermal power enterprises from the aspects of development status and internal environment of thermal power enterprises, including the general situation of thermal power industry, the organizational structure and management status of enterprises, and the present situation of resources of thermal power enterprises. Management analysis of production operation, analysis of production technology, analysis of human resources management, analysis of existing internal competitors, etc., from the political and legal environment, the economic environment, The macro environment of thermal power generation enterprises is analyzed from four aspects of technical environment and social environment, and the external environment of thermal power enterprises is analyzed in combination with the five-force analysis model. According to the principle of sustainable development strategy and the type of sustainable development strategy of thermal power enterprise, the sustainable development strategy selection of thermal power generation enterprise is analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. The strategic thinking and goal of the sustainable development of thermal power generation enterprises are clearly positioned, and the overall strategy and concrete measures for the sustainable development of thermal power enterprises are formulated. The sustainable development of thermal power enterprises is evaluated by AHP, and the mechanism of sustainable development of thermal power enterprises is put forward from the aspects of organization, system and handling of five relations.
