長(zhǎng)春城市電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是所在供電區(qū)域國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,也是電力企業(yè)自身長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的重要基礎(chǔ)之一,其規(guī)劃水平和質(zhì)量直接影響到電網(wǎng)供電的安全性、可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性水平。隨著科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的深入貫徹落實(shí),為了避免隨意建設(shè)帶來(lái)資源的浪費(fèi)和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,科學(xué)的電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)日益顯得重要,如何提高我國(guó)電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃水平特別是城市電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃水平是當(dāng)前電力建設(shè)一個(gè)迫切解決的技術(shù)課題。 論文首先分析了長(zhǎng)春市電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,在分析現(xiàn)有電網(wǎng)存在問(wèn)題基礎(chǔ)上提出電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)思路。其次從電力負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)的原理和方法出發(fā)開(kāi)展了長(zhǎng)春市級(jí)城市電網(wǎng)電力負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)研究,采用綜合用電水平法、自然遞增率法和彈性系數(shù)方法綜合比較預(yù)測(cè)長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)全社會(huì)用電量;在預(yù)測(cè)用電量的基礎(chǔ)上采用最大負(fù)荷利用小時(shí)數(shù)法實(shí)現(xiàn)最大負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)。最后對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市采用分區(qū)與分級(jí)的電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案設(shè)計(jì),分別對(duì)66kV等級(jí)電網(wǎng)和10kV等級(jí)電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃技術(shù)原則定義與變電站和線路具體設(shè)計(jì),并通過(guò)規(guī)劃效果分析說(shuō)明設(shè)計(jì)方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:Power network planning is an important part of the national economy and social development in the power supply area, and it is also one of the important foundations of the long-term development planning of power enterprises. The level and quality of the planning directly affect the security of power supply. The level of reliability and economy. With the implementation of the scientific concept of development, in order to avoid the waste of resources and economic loss caused by random construction, scientific power network planning and design is becoming increasingly important. How to improve the level of power system planning, especially the level of urban power network planning, is an urgent technical issue for the current electric power construction. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of Changchun power network, Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the existing power network, the paper puts forward the idea of the optimal design of the power network planning. Secondly, based on the principle and method of power load forecasting, the research on the power load forecasting of Changchun city power network is carried out, and the comprehensive power level method is adopted. The natural rate of increase method and elastic coefficient method are compared to forecast the whole society electricity consumption in Changchun area. Based on the forecast of electricity consumption, the maximum load using hours method is adopted to realize the maximum load forecasting. Finally, the district and hierarchical power network planning scheme is adopted in Changchun. The technical principles of planning for 66kV and 10kV power grids are defined and the substation and line are designed respectively. The rationality of the design scheme is explained through the analysis of the planning effect.
