太陽能輔助燃煤機組碳捕集系統(tǒng)性能研究及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析

【摘要】:以某電廠600 MW燃煤機組為研究對象,提出利用煙氣余熱及太陽能熱作為燃燒后碳捕集的熱源,以機組抽汽作為脫硝系統(tǒng)熱源。建立成本模型和熱經(jīng)濟學模型;研究產(chǎn)品單位成本、產(chǎn)品單位熱經(jīng)濟學成本的構(gòu)成及分布規(guī)律;分析燃料價格和設(shè)備投資成本對各組件產(chǎn)品熱經(jīng)濟學成本的影響;對集成系統(tǒng)進行了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析。研究結(jié)果表明:影響單位成本的主要因素為燃料成本、組件效率和比不可逆成本;影響熱經(jīng)濟學成本的主要因素為比不可逆成本和投資成本;不計及投資成本時,集成系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品單位熱經(jīng)濟學成本比原系統(tǒng)有所降低;影響太陽能集熱場及低壓省煤器熱經(jīng)濟學成本的主要因素為投資成本、比負熵成本和比不可逆成本。參考電站發(fā)電成本隨CO2排放稅收價格的升高而升高,集成系統(tǒng)CO2排放稅收升高對發(fā)電成本影響不大,CO2售價可彌補部分發(fā)電成本的提高。
[Abstract]:Taking a 600MW coal-fired unit in a power plant as the research object, it is proposed that the waste heat of flue gas and solar heat be used as the heat source of carbon capture after combustion, and the unit extraction be used as the heat source of denitrification system. The cost model and thermoeconomic model are established. This paper studies the product unit cost, the composition and distribution of product unit thermoeconomics cost, analyzes the influence of fuel price and equipment investment cost on each component product thermoeconomics cost. The results show that the main factors affecting unit cost are fuel cost, component efficiency and specific irreversible cost, ratio irreversible cost and investment cost are the main factors that affect the cost of thermoeconomics, the main factors affecting the unit cost are the fuel cost, the component efficiency and the specific irreversible cost, and the main factors affecting the thermoeconomics cost are the ratio irreversible cost and the investment cost. When the investment cost is not taken into account, the unit thermoeconomics cost of the integrated system product is lower than that of the original system, and the main factor affecting the thermal economics cost of solar energy collector and low-pressure economizer is the investment cost. The cost of power generation of reference power station increases with the increase of tax price of CO2 emission. The increase of CO2 emission tax of integrated system has little effect on the cost of power generation. The price of CO _ 2 can compensate for the increase of the cost of power generation.
