交直流混聯(lián)電網(wǎng)大擾動(dòng)穩(wěn)定特性分析與控制策略研究

【摘要】:隨著西電東送和全國(guó)聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程的實(shí)施,我國(guó)已逐步形成大區(qū)聯(lián)網(wǎng)、特高壓交直流混聯(lián)輸電的基本格局。在特高壓交流建設(shè)初期,華北-華中電網(wǎng)通過(guò)單回特高壓交流通道弱互聯(lián)。四川網(wǎng)內(nèi)故障容易引發(fā)交流特高壓通道功率大幅波動(dòng)是目前存在的突出穩(wěn)定性問(wèn)題。本文圍繞這一迫切需要解決的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,對(duì)交直流混聯(lián)電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定特性及安控策略做了深入研究。 首先本文通過(guò)詳細(xì)的穩(wěn)定計(jì)算,全面分析了當(dāng)前網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)下引發(fā)華北-華中聯(lián)絡(luò)線波動(dòng)的故障電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定特性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了特高壓通道大幅波動(dòng)情況下系統(tǒng)中的能量流動(dòng)和振蕩特性,并由此得出了擾動(dòng)軌跡特征的一般性結(jié)論:在受擾程度較為嚴(yán)重的情況下,聯(lián)絡(luò)線有功功率波動(dòng)軌跡會(huì)出現(xiàn)“雙峰”特征,該特征由聯(lián)絡(luò)線有功功率與功角、電壓的函數(shù)關(guān)系決定。依據(jù)該特征,本文提出了一種基于聯(lián)絡(luò)線擾動(dòng)軌跡特征的直流穩(wěn)定控制策略。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定裕度嚴(yán)重下降,出現(xiàn)“雙峰軌跡”的情況下,可在第一個(gè)峰值啟動(dòng)直流緊急控制,在第二個(gè)峰值系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定裕度顯著提升時(shí)退出直流緊急控制。并驗(yàn)證了不同情況下,該控制策略的控制效果。 為了削弱四川網(wǎng)內(nèi)故障對(duì)華中-華北互聯(lián)通道的影響。本文分析了四川電網(wǎng)火電機(jī)組開(kāi)機(jī)方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的影響。本文按作用對(duì)火電機(jī)組進(jìn)行分類(lèi),給出了優(yōu)化開(kāi)機(jī)方式,并對(duì)其效果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。臨近主干輸電網(wǎng)火電機(jī)組增加開(kāi)機(jī)容量,主要可通過(guò)改變轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量分布、削弱振蕩模式疊加關(guān)系以及增強(qiáng)電網(wǎng)電壓支撐,減少負(fù)荷釋放功率兩方面減少四川網(wǎng)故障對(duì)特高壓電網(wǎng)沖擊影響的效果。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the West-East Power Transmission Project and the nationwide interconnection project, China has gradually formed the basic pattern of large-scale interconnection and UHV AC / DC hybrid transmission. In the early stage of UHV AC / DC construction, North China Central China Power Grid is weakly interconnected through a single UHV AC channel. It is a prominent stability problem that power fluctuation of AC UHV channel is easily caused by faults in Sichuan network. This paper revolves around this urgent practical problem which needs to be solved. The stability characteristics and safety control strategy of AC / DC hybrid power network are studied. First of all, through detailed stability calculation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the stability characteristics of the fault power network which causes the fluctuation of the tie-line between North China and Central China under the current grid structure. The characteristics of energy flow and oscillation in UHV channel with large fluctuations are analyzed in detail, and the general conclusion of the characteristic of disturbance trajectory is obtained: in the case of serious disturbance degree, The "double peak" characteristic will appear in the active power fluctuation trajectory of tie-line, which is determined by the functional relationship between the active power of tie-line and the angle and voltage of the tie-line. In this paper, a DC stability control strategy based on the characteristics of tie-line disturbance trajectory is proposed. When the stability margin of the system decreases seriously and the "double peak trajectory" occurs, the DC emergency control can be initiated at the first peak value. When the stability margin of the second peak system is significantly increased, the DC emergency control is withdrawn and the control effect of the control strategy is verified under different conditions. In order to weaken the influence of fault in Sichuan network on the inter-connection channel between Central China and North China, this paper analyzes the influence of power unit start-up mode on system stability in Sichuan Power Grid, classifies the thermal power unit according to its function, and gives the optimized startup mode. By changing the distribution of inertia, weakening the superposition of oscillation mode and enhancing the voltage support of power grid, the effect is verified. The effect of reducing load release power to reduce the impact of Sichuan network fault on UHV power grid.
