塑殼斷路器分?jǐn)噙^程的仿真與分析

【摘要】:低壓電器在電器行業(yè)中應(yīng)用非常廣泛,它在配電、保護(hù)人身安全中起著非常重要的作用,能否可靠分?jǐn)嗍茄芯繑嗦菲鞯闹匾矫,由于斷路器的分(jǐn)噙^程比較復(fù)雜,涉及的領(lǐng)域比較多,,因此對其進(jìn)行分析和研究是一個(gè)重要的課題,本文以TM-30/100型塑殼斷路器為主要研究對象,基于ANSYS、Pro/E、ADAMS三個(gè)軟件的功能,對斷路器進(jìn)行分?jǐn)噙^程的聯(lián)合仿真,具體分以下幾個(gè)方面: 一、根據(jù)實(shí)際的尺寸在Pro/E中建立斷路器的模型,再將模型導(dǎo)入到ANSYS中,首先對雙金屬片進(jìn)行有限元熱分析,將分析結(jié)果作為動力學(xué)仿真中雙金屬片自由端的位移。接著計(jì)算不同電流和開距下電磁脫扣機(jī)構(gòu)的電磁力和動靜觸頭間的電動斥力,作為力的載荷加載到ADAMS中。 二、將模型通過專用的軟件導(dǎo)入到ADAMS中,依據(jù)前面分析的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行加載后,分別對斷路器的延時(shí)和瞬態(tài)分?jǐn)噙^程進(jìn)行動力學(xué)仿真,觀察觸頭運(yùn)動情況,及電動斥力在短路狀態(tài)時(shí)對觸頭分?jǐn)噙^程的影響。
[Abstract]:Low-voltage electrical apparatus is widely used in electrical industry, it plays a very important role in distribution and protection of personal safety. It is an important aspect to study circuit breaker whether it can break reliably, because the breaking process of circuit breaker is more complicated. There are many fields involved, so it is an important subject to analyze and study the circuit breaker. This paper takes the TM-30/100 type plastic case breaker as the main research object, and based on the functions of ANSYSU Prop / E / Adams software, simulates the breaking process of the circuit breaker. It can be divided into the following aspects:. First, the model of circuit breaker is established in Pro/E according to the actual size, and then the model is imported into ANSYS. Firstly, the finite element thermal analysis of bimetallic sheet is carried out. The results are taken as the displacement of the free end of the bimetallic sheet in the dynamic simulation. Then the electromagnetic force of the electromagnetic release mechanism and the electric repulsion force between the static and static contacts under different current and open distance are calculated and loaded into the ADAMS as the load of the force. Secondly, the model is imported into ADAMS through special software. After loading according to the data of the previous analysis, the dynamic simulation of the circuit breaker's delay and transient breaking process is carried out, and the contact motion is observed. And the effect of electric repulsion force on the breaking process of contact in short circuit state.
