小電感無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)三相H橋無(wú)位置傳感器控制方法

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的六拍控制采用Y型繞組連接方式,將三相繞組中的兩個(gè)導(dǎo)通相串聯(lián)進(jìn)行供電;其無(wú)傳感器控制所需的位置信息通過(guò)檢測(cè)未導(dǎo)通相的反電動(dòng)勢(shì)過(guò)零點(diǎn)得到。繞組串聯(lián)連接使每一相僅利用母線電壓的一半產(chǎn)生電流;同時(shí)Y型繞組結(jié)構(gòu)使未導(dǎo)通相受到中性點(diǎn)電壓的影響造成位置信號(hào)檢測(cè)精度降低。該文將三相H橋結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用于無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的無(wú)位置傳感器控制,使三相繞組中參與導(dǎo)通的兩相并聯(lián)進(jìn)行供電,同時(shí)使未導(dǎo)通相切出電路以進(jìn)行反電動(dòng)勢(shì)過(guò)零點(diǎn)檢測(cè)。繞組并聯(lián)連接使每一相利用全部母線電壓產(chǎn)生電流,電壓利用率得到提高;同時(shí)未導(dǎo)通相完全切出電路使位置信號(hào)檢測(cè)精度提高。對(duì)三相H橋無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)位置傳感器控制方法進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)推導(dǎo)和分析,并在一臺(tái)小電感樣機(jī)上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,該4對(duì)極樣機(jī)可以在20 000 r/min的轉(zhuǎn)速下實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)位置傳感器控制。
[Abstract]:The traditional brushless DC motor's six-beat control adopts Y-type winding connection mode. The two conduction phases in the three-phase winding are connected in series to supply the power. The position information needed for sensorless control is obtained by detecting the unconductive backEMF over 00:00. The winding series connection causes each phase to generate only half of the bus voltage. At the same time, the position signal detection accuracy is reduced due to the influence of neutral voltage on the unconductive phase due to Y-type winding structure. In this paper, the three-phase H-bridge structure is applied to the sensorless control of brushless DC motor. The two phases in the three-phase winding are connected in parallel to supply power, and the circuit without conduction is cut out to detect the backEMF after 00:00. The parallel connection of the winding makes each phase generate current by using all the bus voltages, and the utilization ratio of the voltage is improved. At the same time, the position signal detection accuracy is improved by cutting out the circuit without conduction phase completely. The position sensorless control method of three-phase H-bridge brushless DC motor is derived and analyzed, and the experiment is carried out on a small inductance prototype. The experimental results show that the four-pair prototype can realize sensorless control at the speed of 20,000 rpm.
